“I went into the store unsure of what phone I wanted to purchase and DJ approached me very respectfully and ask what phone I wanted . I was unsure so he recommended the new iPhone 17. I was very happy with my new phone and it’s capabilities. DJ was SUPER helpful and friendly 10/10 recommend his services & I’ll definitely be returning to this store when it’s time for my upgrade.”

“The owner and person that fixed my phone on Tuesday was a tremendous help, I had been to 6 Boost Mobile locations. The final one saved me, it was a pop-up that none of the other boost stores helped me with.
But, the 6th store on Franklin Ave. The ower was exceptionally helpful.

“If there were a 1000 score on this, you would get it. Michael was so helpful. I purchased a new phone at another store earlier yesterday and did not know important accessories were not in the box. Plug was needed to charge phone. Michael set up transferring my apps with ease, because in the corporate store there was no WiFi. I even had a screen protector put on the glass, a lovely case too .
Wow!! Michael thank you so much for explaining everything throughly to me . Not to mention I walked into the store with 5 minutes to closing . I was greeted as I walked in, and didn’t feel rushed ; even though after a long days work that they had he was so professional. .
