“Outstanding Service from Luis Colon and Karl at Verizon Glastonbury!

My husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the Verizon store located at 2450 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT yesterday. We arrived around 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, needing to upgrade our phones. Despite the late hour, Luis and Karl provided the best customer service we have ever received at a Verizon store, truly tag-teaming to ensure all our needs were met.

They efficiently worked on transferring our lines, all while engaging us in pleasant conversation that made the time fly by. What truly set them apart was their dedication to ensuring our account was perfectly set up. They took the time to review everything thoroughly and even advocated on our behalf, resulting in a decrease in our monthly payment!

We are so grateful for their expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. We will definitely be making this our go-to Verizon location from now on. Thank you again, Luis and Karl, for such a positive and seamless experience!”

“After a week of no internet from another provider I contacted ATT about their 5G internet service. Cole at this store enlightened me on what was available to me. He was well informed about the product and I felt confident about going to the store to get more information and get the ball rolling. I saw Cole on Sunday. The store did not have the right modem but Cole’s manager checked nearby stores and found one. While I was willing to pick it up the manager said she would get it herself. An hour later we returned to the store and picked up the modem. An hour after that we were back up streaming and surfing the web. After the terrible service we had gotten from our 16 year provider our experience with Cole and his manager was refreshing. BTW we have been ATT wireless customer for over 20 years. They know how to retain. Thank you Cole! And please extend our appreciation to your manager as I did not get her name.”
