“I really had a great experience with Cusson! I am a small business owner with several specialized Mercedes vans that run into problems frequently unfortunately. This was the first time we’ve used them and I really appreciated that the technicians listened to my concerns, took detailed notes, got me in quickly, and fixed my problem fast without charging an arm and a leg. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me the broken part they replaced and the whole team (even the owner) came around to talk to me about my business needs and what they could do to help! Everyone seems down-to-earth and personable, plus they genuinely take the time to listen. I am actually excited to deal with some of our van maintenance problems, now that I have these guys as a resource. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Highly recommend Cusson!”

“My car has a parasitic drain which is causing my battery to keeping dying on me. Although the exact problem was not able to be determined, I very much appreciated the advice and options given as to recommendations for who would be better at solving the electrical issue with my car. I usually go to brand name companies but this auto shop has twice now provided exceptional service and quite frankly just seem to be all around nice people. I plan on sending my car off to auto heaven and getting a new one and ex per tech will be my go to auto shop. I highly recommend them.”

“I've lived in the midwest, the PNW, and the south. Tom and his team have provided some of the BEST service for my cars I've ever experienced. They're communicative, kind, straightforward, personable, welcoming, and helpful. I never feel judged or looked down on or overcharged (!) because I'm less knowledgeable about the workings of cars. I hope that no matter where I live, I can find a mechanic like Tom & the team at Tyrol.”
