“My car has a parasitic drain which is causing my battery to keeping dying on me. Although the exact problem was not able to be determined, I very much appreciated the advice and options given as to recommendations for who would be better at solving the electrical issue with my car. I usually go to brand name companies but this auto shop has twice now provided exceptional service and quite frankly just seem to be all around nice people. I plan on sending my car off to auto heaven and getting a new one and ex per tech will be my go to auto shop. I highly recommend them.”
“I've lived in the midwest, the PNW, and the south. Tom and his team have provided some of the BEST service for my cars I've ever experienced. They're communicative, kind, straightforward, personable, welcoming, and helpful. I never feel judged or looked down on or overcharged (!) because I'm less knowledgeable about the workings of cars. I hope that no matter where I live, I can find a mechanic like Tom & the team at Tyrol.”
“Had my oil changed yesterday. It was a wonderful experience! They were professional and informative. Polite and no pressure. They checked everything and gave me what I needed in my budget. I highly recommend.”

“My car has never been running better, since I've been bringing it to Lew Pelletier's. Shaina and Patrick are honest and trustworthy. They do what is best for your car and don't skimp or cut corners to the detriment of your car's health and longevity. Highly recommend!”
