As the Assistant Director at Veterans Base Camp, I can personally attest to A-1's exemplary commitment to the residents of the state. VBC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization located in Chaplin dedicated to assisting veterans in need. During the December 2023 snow and ice storm, not only did we lose electricity but we ran out of propane for our emergency generator. Several veterans who live here depend on CPAP machines to assist in their breathing at night. Without power, this could be potentially a life or death situation. We reached out to the CT Department of Energy and and Protection for help and they recommended A-1. Not only did A-1 immediately respond with a delivery of propane but they stayed and assisted us bleed the lines and restart the generator. I would highly recommend A-1 Propane to Veterans and anyone else. As a Veteran my self, I say thank you, A-1 Propane!”

“Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we rented a trailer for the day. He recommended a wiring set that was compatible with our car/hitch, removed interior trim panels to install, and troubleshooted along the way.
