“This company is great! I only became a customer in August, but the transition was easy and the people in the office were so helpful. Customer service and service technicians are awesome! I had an emergency furnace issue today, no heat or hot water. I got a call back within minutes, and a technician was there within the half hour. “Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of when we rented a trailer for the day. He recommended a wiring set that was compatible with our car/hitch, removed interior trim panels to install, and troubleshooted along the way. The facility was also easy to get to, big lot and return was easy, and they had packing/moving supplies. Recommend to anyone needing a rental.”
