“Not great service. Waited hours for anyone to call me back. Communication was just not there. Delivery was supposed to happen Monday but apparently the truck could not make it up. I cleared and salted the driveway for delivery today and now I’m told it will come Wednesday maybe.
Update: issued resolved with Lance.”

“Excellent experience with U-Haul. The process was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly and professional, and the vehicle was clean and in good condition. Everything was very well organized, and the service met my expectations. I would definitely use U-Haul again and recommend it to anyone needing a moving service or vehicle rental.”
