This location gets crazy busy near closing time but the employees are incredibly helpful. Very thankful for their patience and knowledge.

Wow! I’ve never experienced such kindness at a post office!
I came in to mail a box of birthday gifts for my 1-year-old granddaughter, but I wasn’t fully prepared. I didn’t have tape, and the first staff member (an Indian lady) told me to go buy some for $3.50. She also measured my box and said because it was slightly oversized, the postage would be nearly $40 instead of $25. I left, disappointed.
Sitting in my car, I decided to try again. I taped up the box using some recycled tape and went back inside. The first lady was gone, replaced by another Indian lady and an older gentleman named Abe. While she was a bit slower, Abe impressed me right away—he was serving customers swiftly and efficiently, often working with two at once. He clearly knew what he was doing and kept the line moving.
When it was my turn, Abe remeasured my box. Unfortunately, the first lady had been right—it was still too big for the lower rate. He gently asked if I’d consider reboxing it, which motivated me to give it a shot. I left again, thinking I might not bother—but I came back a third time.
Abe waved me over and, to my surprise, offered to help me! He found not one, but two boxes used boxes, tested them both, and helped me tape it all up with care. While doing this, he kept serving others, moving nonstop with grace and patience.
I know it’s not customary for USPS to assist customers with taping, let alone packaging stuff. And, being here multiple times I’ve never seen this, here or at any US post offices across the country. But, obviously this man noticed my dilemma and took it upon himself to be a kind soul.
Abe went far above and beyond. His kindness, efficiency, and generosity absolutely made my day. I hope his boss sees this acknowledgement of his excellent service. Because of people like him, the world truly is a better place. Thank you so much, Abe!

Voice dialing is awful and ineffective. If you don’t have a package number, you’re toast. There’s also no way to contact your local post office by phone.

Horrible embarrassing experience!!!! I have been coming to this location for a few years. And today I was assisted by an employee named Abe who was EXTREMLY RUDE. I was shipping an item and when i received the QR code it stated i did not need to package to just show the QR code and they will ship for me. Abe kept repeating RUDELY and AGRRESSIVE, "you need a package, you need to grab a envelope and package it. I don't know what you expect me to do with this" and was laughing at me not giving me the chance to explain, continuing to talk over me. I tried telling him based on the instructions i got it stated all i needed was the QR and since this was my first time sending like this i was just going by what the QR email stated. NOT MY FAULT!!! I proceeded to ask him why are you being so rude you do not have to be so rude. I have never been so embarrassed by the way he was talking to me and treating me. I have been coming to this location for years and never been treated this bad. I Expect all employees to be respectful as i am to them. Especially since they are working with customers and a government position. Employees like Abe represent the company and he represented this company and location as not a pleasent place to do business and unprofessional. I Will NEVER go to this location again.

Rude response to a package I had to return for something I purchased. Since USPS does not print labels and I don't have a printer at home, I went to FedEx they printed the label for me. When I went back to the same person at the post office I asked her if she would be able to tape the label to the package. She did a horrible job after she was done she said next time you'll have to attach the label yourself. I would have rather been sold a spool of tape and done it myself then be treated that rudely and have the job done that poorly. Rude rude rude!

By far my favorite post office, they are kind every time you go, and they are extremely knowledgeable, and will help you ship something as cheaply as possible. One thing to note is a few years ago the post box in front got broken into and things stolen, and there is no camera on the front of the building! So if you’re mailing something important go inside to drop it off.

I went to ship out a package that was fragile. The guy behind the counter starts hitting my box, slamming his hand on it putting the sticker on til I told him it’s a fragile package. That’s really unnecessary, no wonder packages are always showing up damaged, your employees are way too rough!!

Best experience I’ve had at a post office. Deborah was patient yet efficient, friendly to all the customers, and even checked that I filled out my passport forms correctly. Someone get Deborah a bonus and a raise!

I have been the loop from hell with your organization. I have never experienced such frustration. There doesn't appear to be an option to speak with someone to ask a simple question. Seriously, your customers service program needs a lot of work

I walked in and the lady with bright PINK HAIR greeted me with an annoyed face (meanwhile there was one other person in line.....) and goes "What do you want?" then I responded with "Hello, how's your day going? I only have one quick question" she repeated "What do you need?" in a bothered tone. I then asked her about where the envelopes are, she points and walks to the back, never coming back... The kind lady to her right then began to help me. Clean post office but that pink haired lady with her negative attitude off the bat, was not pleasant.
