I don't normally do reviews but my experience stands out from a customer service perspective so I definitely wanted to take the time. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but I needed a new phone immediately after crushing mine at work. I too am in customer service and during the time I was there I witnessed a level of multi tasking and care for everyone that came into the store. I could tell he really cared and that's not easy these days. Keep up the great work guys ☺️

My Apple iphone was dropping calls, particularly in my home. I never had good signal strength despite reports that the coverage was adequate. I stopped at this Verizon outlet and John and Karon were quick to help me. First, they ordered a replacement phone using my service plan. When it arrived, calls were still being dropped with limited signal strength. They suggested contacting the Verizon office to discuss replacing my Verizon extender which hadn't worked in years. They agreed to replace it and voila, I have four-bar service in every room. First time ever!John and Karon were extremely helpful, courteous and competent. Great job, guys!

Working for a company that is suppose to “collaborate” with these carriers is anything but. You turned me and my wife away because we have a sales maker account. Is that what you do with the rest of your customers when they need a new e sim or SIM card ? You just turn them away. I’m quite disgusted in the “customer service” or lack thereof that you provided. Thanks for making it an easy switch to leave such a terrible service.

We came in today to get help with activating a new eSIM on a phone we bought at apple. The manager Angel was super nice and he helped us out immediately. We were so happy he was able to help us out since the other location we went just told us to call customer service. We will definitely be back to this Verizon location

Every time I come into this Verizon, you wait at least an hour. Today was like no other. Left after waiting an hour for help. With all the competition - i'm not sure why their customer service is better.

Jeff and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with llya, he is a very knowledgeable, understanding person who went above and beyond to help us with problems we were having. He is an great asset to your store, we upgraded our phones, and he took the time to show us things we didn't know, we are not tech savvy people, so his time and help was greatly appreciated. We don't live in Glastonbury, but always come to your store, because your staff is great, especially llya. Thanks for everything.

I came in recently to get an iPad for my daughter. Although the sales rep was nice, he lied and so did the other young lady that was there at the time of the transaction. I had another line on my plan that I was not using, the line was for an apple watch. I asked to repurpose the line for the tablet, and Tristan (the sales rep) said I am unable to repurpose the line (which I knew was a lie, I used to be a Verizon employee and have had the service since 2015). Tristan said I would need to add a line and call customer service to cancel the line for the apple watch. Now I am stuck paying an activation fee and etc. Won't be going back to that store!

Had to get my voicemail fixed and they were great. No wait for assistance and Karon got my voicemail back up and running in a half hour. Also learned a lot about Verizon's new internet service.

Literally had the worst experience. I bought a $1500 phone and changed my plan to unlimited, bought device protection and traded in old phone. Got my new phone and no packing to send back old phone. Went into store and they all told me they don’t know what happened and I had to call Verizon. Called and they sent me a return label. Next billing cycle showed the store had not put my new plan or the device protection in my account. I did not bother to go back to the store that knows nothing, I had to call Verizon and get it straightened out on the phone.

I've been to this Verizon twice this week in needs to purchasing a phone as a gift. The first time I went, I was able to talk to an associate named Isabella, and she was very nice and informative. She displayed great customer service and was extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns in regards to purchasing a new phone. I wish that I would have had spoken to her during my second visit. The second time, I was "helped" by an associate by the name of Chanel and in my opinion she was extremely unprofessional and not helpful what so ever. She simply spit out information at me without giving me a second to process what was happening and it felt as if she was rushing me out the store. She never looked at me once, she was continuously staring at her iPad. On top of that rudeness, disrespect and lack of proper customer service, the order was completely messed up. I was purchasing a new phone as a present, and she told me that the old phones, would not shut off until I came into the store to switch the old and the new, turns out the old phones did indeed shut off the next day, ruining the present, and causing the phones to go without service. I will not return to this location after this encounter.

The sign on the door stated that they would open at 10am. I left after 10min to go get gas. Came back shortly after and they were still closed. Not sure what was going on. Are they closed?

This is the 3rd verizon store to add a line to an existing account. There is huge opportunity to improve in handling the customers by giving proper wait times and abiding to the wait times provided. May be this could be an opportunity for Verizon across the stores

Not as easy a trip as one might think...I'm surprised they didn't try and charge me for standing in the building. Nickle and dimed me for every little thing.
