“My Mom needed to have her beloved ring cut off her finger and fixed. As a visitor not knowing the area we asked around and many people suggested Rich. He was kind, patient and very caring about her delicate ring stuck on her delicate finger. He gave us the time and attention she needed when she needed it most. Rich was patient with her memory issues and the sensitivity of her ability to wait for it to be fixed. He stopped what he was doing and helped us though I expected to be given an appointment to return and would have gladly. It is so heartwarming to have been helped by such a man and his good reputation did not come close to the experience he gave us. Now I know why my brother and his family moved there. That ring is more than an object it is a source of comfort and grounding to her it has become a part of her identity. Far more valuable than the gold and diamonds it contains. Rich understood that without the words.”

“Just bought an engagement ring for my now fiance from this store and had an absolutely amazing experience. I already loved Micheal's Jewelers as a whole but working with Tim was hands down the best experience I've had with customer service. I live almost 300 miles away and did it all over the phone. They had the setting that I wanted custom made for me and helped me pick out the perfect center diamond, when I saw the ring in person for the first time I was in awe. My fiance loves it even more! And best part is it came right to my front door not a minute late with weekly updates on how the ring was coming along. 10/10 would recommend working with them you will not regret it.”

“After the Westfarms Mall location closed, it has been a bit of a chore to go to another Brighton location, mostly because of the added distance I need to travel. This location is even further than the South Windsor one, but the ladies here made me feel welcome and were very helpful.
One item was a little tricky to locate, but a nice kid was there with his grandmother. I showed him a photo of the item and he had been staring at it and pointed it out immediately- which made us all laugh.
I will definitely come back here in the future.
