He was kind, patient and very caring about her delicate ring stuck on her delicate finger. He gave us the time and attention she needed when she needed it most. Rich was patient with her memory issues and the sensitivity of her ability to wait for it to be fixed. He stopped what he was doing and helped us though I expected to be given an appointment to return and would have gladly. It is so heartwarming to have been helped by such a man and his good reputation did not come close to the experience he gave us. Now I know why my brother and his family moved there. That ring is more than an object it is a source of comfort and grounding to her it has become a part of her identity. Far more valuable than the gold and diamonds it contains. Rich understood that without the words.”

After a confirmation to make sure we could order the proper size necklace, I paid the deposit on my phone via a text link and picked it up a couple weeks later. I also enjoyed their watch inventory. “This store has a new fan in me!! For starters it’s just so beautiful inside!! I went in after a bit of a goose chase for a bracelet repair. I ended up at GJ and Erin (hopefully correct spelling) was above and beyond amazing. She was warm:personable, knowledgeable, and on her game! She went above and beyond to help me. Measuring my wrist, doing math based on the size of my bracelet pieces, etc. I was amazed. She took her time to determine each piece I would need to rebuild and secure my bracelet. And the best part is the price was so reasonable and I had the option to pay at the time of pick up or right then and there. I literally danced out of the door. The music was great, the atmosphere was glamorous, and the customer service and hospitality made me feel rich for a few minutes. Please go and check this location out!”

“I walked into this store on a whim today and was instantly greeted by Margie who told me where to find different pieces. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable I didn’t think I was going to actually walk out with anything, but it’s my birthday month so I wanted to treat myself. I told her exactly what I was browsing for and then I stumbled across rings in the estate jewelry section. She saw what I was looking at and picked out something even better! She actually ended up finding me two rings that looked so good stacked together and ended up fitting my finger perfectly, so I walked out with not one, but two rings. I told her I would be back for future engagement ring shopping. I am so happy with my purchase and already can’t wait to go back! Would highly recommend!”
