I can’t relate to all of the bad reviews. I had a pleasant experience today. Much better than the AE store at Cross County that I went to last week and better than The Westchester. All of the ladies were helpful. They have a huge selection, much more than I’ve seen at other locations.

Absolutely terrible service. The girls are not only rude and unhelpful, but will go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome and unwanted in their store. When I was there last the employee did not let me select my own panties, she INSISTED she selected them for me and I point to and direct her on what color and style to grab. Then, when I asked her for a specific style and color she could not even locate it, but would not let me go grab it myself. Save yourself the trip and shop online.

RUDE! I work right up the ave. The manager and the girls there will give you dirty looks.
I go in there at times to get myself clothes and the states I get are so ridiculous.
I've opted to shop online to not deal with the "mean girls" and I mean each and everyone one of them give me dirty looks every time I've gone in to that store. They need a whole new staff at this point!

Horrible. This girl asked me to not sit on the ledge and so I was like okay. There was another girl sitting on the ledge on the opposite side and this worker said nothing. Like seriously? She saw her and didn’t say ANYTHING while telling me to stand up

they were so rude to me for absolutely no reason. when i asked to use the restroom they made sure to let me know it was for customers only and when i responded i will be shopping they didn’t say anything else to me and pointed to the back. while another employee followed me back there and reminded me again that the restroom was for customers only she said “stand there” and pointed while she got the key and then said nothing else to me while she unlocked it. they were rude and the best word to describe them is brats and i ended up not being a customer because of it.

Bought several flare leggings at this store in September. All fit well but one ripped at the seams. Clearly sewing/manufacturing defect. Manager Gwen said she would have exchanged them in November but now that it’s December she wouldn’t. I asked her where this random store policy could be found but didn’t get an answer. I called the online department and they gladly stood behind their product and sent me a return label.This store needs better customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, all the ladies that work here are super nice and helpful but the one manager cheryell was very rude and I heard her spoke about someone’s weight which is very unpleasant to hear.
