Apple Greenwich Avenue is a big store with a lot of products and displays for consumers to see and buy. The staff are wonderful, smiling, helpful, and very nice people. They are outstanding sales advisors who are super professional, kind, and clear, providing accurate answers beyond the regular sales pitch. Customers report wonderful and outstanding experiences, feeling assured that problems will be fixed. Repairs, such as for a broken cell phone, can be completed the same day, with items returned as good as new. The staff take their time to explain situations and improve product selections with key questions. Their professional and kind manner provides moments of peace for customers. While one issue required dealing with a phone carrier, the store remains a definitive shop for all Apple needs, with many customers planning to return.

Wonderful experience ! I came Sunday morning with my broken cell , repaired the same day 👍🏻🤗🤗🤗! Smiling people around , Brandon is an Angel , super professional !
