Kaia was my style advisor and was SO helpful! I needed a suit for a business trip and she helped me order all the pieces I needed. She and her manager also gave me expedited shipping on the house. Huge shout out to you Kaia - thank you for making my experience 10x better than expected.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I believe one of the associates is named Gretchen (im so sorry if I got your name wrong!). Both her and the other associate are so so beautiful and kind. They helped me pick out a suit for interviews and an outfit for date night. Their kind words made me feel more confident in what I was wearing. Thank you girls!

First time visitor of the store. As a shopper of other stores on the Avenue, I'll say that the clothes themselves were a mixed bag - some quite cheap material and others felt nicer. Ill also echo some of the other reviews and say that the sales associates seemed to enjoy socializing with each other more than interacting with the customers. Lots of discussion about where they were going to eat dinner and which restaurants gave their friends Covid. Trust me, I tried to move to a part of the store where I couldn't hear them. No luck.

This store is quite big, however it mainly has neutral colors and not a huge variety of colorful items. However the quality is amazing (i love the wilfred and babaton brands specifically) and you can always shop online if you want more variety!

Another horrible experience in downtown Greenwich, CT. I have been a local to the area for over 20 years and it was a complete turn off shopping in Aritizia today. Not a single sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I walked into the fitting room to try on a sweater and still no one assisted me. I put the sweater back on the floor and walked right out. The sales associate saw me walk out of the store and did not say "take care" or "have a nice day." The sales associates that work here should know better and make the shopping experience one to remember. I will never shop at this location again.

The staff at this Aritzia are so kind and helpful. The store is often pretty busy, especially on weekends, but I am always able to get help right away. I also think the selection here is pretty good, especially with sizes and colors.

When you walk into the store the sales associates do not acknowledge you as a customer because they are too busy talking to each other and on their phones. Don’t even bother to ask for help because they will act like you’re bothering them to do their jobs!Visited the store again was shocked when someone helped me!
