Crap. They've toyed with my son for weeks. Dangling a job over his head - a manager hired him top of Sept, start date has changed every Sunday evening before my son is to show up an train. Final day, he arrives early and gets a text message lol from an adult manager and is told redo identifying paperwork and go home. Basically. It's not because he's a brown boy, what is it? Disrespectful, I'll mannered and I hope the stores business goes down from here since under you, how you operate is not commercial ready. If you did not want to hire him why have him do all that he has done! Greenwich ave in the flesh.

Victor M. was AMAZING! He exceeded our expectations and we left with more tech knowledge than we even expected. Ended up upgrading 2 phones and a watch when we originally intended to buy only one phone. Victor made the difference - very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. He found the best solution for us!! He loves what he does and it shows! Every ATT store needs an associate like him! Thank you Victor!

Had the pleasure of meeting Charles today while having a huge problem at Apple, down the road, while trying to upgrade my IPhone. Charles offered to walk over to Apple to meet me and help correct the issues Apple was having in trying to sell me a phone under an existing ATT contract. After a short period and some changes on my account, Charles fixed everything and an hour later I walked out with my new IPhone 14. Tremendous service and I would certainly recommend anyone in the market for a cell phone to contact Charles at this location. Thanks again!

When my wife ordered I phone 15 at this store, we purchased a protection case for this I phone at the same time, but we recognized that it was for a different model. So after the new I phone 15 arrived, we wanted to trade in my wife's old I phone and exchange this case with for a right model, we stopped by this store again.The way the sale person, who called himself John, treated us was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had in the last 10 years. It was so bad that I thought about canceling all of my contracts with AT&T.It's a conveniently located store, so we've purchased IPHONEs from this store several times before, but I don't think I'll ever go back.

Dayana Villa at AT&T was excellent. I had struggled with phone issue for 2 hours at the Apple Store and then AT&T online help. o I walk into AT&T on Greenwich Avenue and Dayana welcomingly invited me to sit down to resolve my issue. Dayana solved my issue in 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable about the different solutions for the problem I was facing, explained the options very clearly, and then solved the issue. All while having great customer service, managing other customers that were coming into the store, supporting her other colleague, and generally being really calm steady and reassuring. It was an excellent experience. Thank you Dayana. I will certainly come back to this location for help in future.

Great experience! Dayana and Ashley are absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, detail oriented and considerate. We initially went in to close an account and ended up getting two upgrades. Dayana gave us an offer we couldn’t resist. Her customer service was impeccable. It is rare to find people who care and are great at their jobs. I was very impressed at how they handled a busy store so gracefully and efficiently. Everyone was attended to in a timely manner. They didn’t make me feel rushed but rather showed an incredible amount of patience. Dayana and Ashley have convinced me that at&t is truly the best. I hope that at&t recognizes what amazing employees they have here. Thank you so much for your help.

I just want to give a loud Shout Out" to Ashley & Charles of the Greenwich Ave store for "Outstanding customer support" & going above & beyond their call of duty to satisfy me!!!
