Horrible experience. Owner doesn’t listen to what the client asks for. A good stylist knows how to cut different types of hair. Not Becker! he cuts all hair the same way whether it’s fine, coarse, thick thin etc. and with no regard to shape of face. My first cut looked okay - But after the second cut because he takes so much out of the inner and under layers of hair for the drama and movement to film for IG , I barely had enough hair left to put in the ponytail.
My long beautiful hair has been butchered. He and the manager have a print Donna attitude. Disgusting. That’s why there’s a constant turnover/ stylists, colorists, and assistants don’t stay there long

I booked the hairstylist Rome and when I went into the salon, they said that Becker was in the salon and that he would do my hair. I was really excited and everything was nice. They told me that I would be charged around 400 because I was only getting a haircut with layers, but Becker kept on insisting. That my ends were dead, and I should do a glaze and color and a hair mask And I kept asking if there would be an additional charge and he told me no there wouldn’t be any charge and then at the end he charged me about $1000 and I was completely and utterly shocked. I did not recommend this place whatsoever. They’re not clear with they’re communications whatsoever.

I went almost 3 years ago but am still paying the price today. Becker single handily ruined my hair wave pattern and subsequent volume with his “texturizing technique.” AKA hacking away at my hair with no regard to its natural texture or previous layers. Not to mention I waited over two hours past my original appointment I made months in advance. He then proceeded to be rude and aggressively jerk my head around during the service. Unless you walk in and show an obnoxious amount of wealth or some type of social following he won’t give you the time of day- and that will be reflected in both his quality of service and attitude towards you. He is as unskilled as he is unkind and a horrible business owner for that matter. Please do not go here.

Not happy with my experience at all. I booked Rome to get highlights and called to get a quote on the price for those + a cut/blowout which was supposed to be 300. Rome wasn’t able to come in so Becker did them for me. At first, I thought they were nice but after leaving the salon and sitting with it, they are not blended in at all and the color is awful. They charged me 800 even though they said they would match Rome’s full price for me and I don’t appreciate how they didn’t mention they would charge Becker’s fee instead. I tried to be calm and kindly call to ask for them to give me a complimentary glaze as the color was extremely yellow and not satisfactory when they told me I would have to pay for it. Don’t recommend at all and had to go to another salon to fix my hair right after.

i got a haircut here about a month ago and immediately made an appointment at another salon to extensions the next day. i asked for a tiny trim expressing how afraid i was to have short hair and four inches were cut off. it was completely uneven and choppy too. it was also cut with a side part when i have a middle part so one side was shorter than the other. the stylist who did my extensions also told me that the person who had cut my hair clearly did not know what they were doing. as soon as i got home i cried hysterically and am too scared to get a haircut ever again. i grew my hair out for 7 months and it’s shorter than it was before. all of that for absolutely nothing but a horrendous hair experience. to make matters worse extensions also cause your hair to fall out more than it would without them so now i have half the amount of hair as i did before and almost half of the length that it was. my experience here has caused me to become incredibly insecure about my hair, something i had felt for two years until it finally grew back and became healthy again. i now feel worse about it than i ever have before.

Came from New York for a haircut with Becker. Best haircut of my life. Loveeeeee. I got the BE CHIC treatments too! It left my hair feeling very soft and shiny. I bought the entire collection.

I traveled with my 18 year old daughter to spend the day from out of town. Was told I could not step foot in the salon since I did not have a “service” appointment. My daughter got there before me since I was parking the car, when I wanted to go to her to let her know I would have to leave I was also told no, I should call her to let her know. I cannot express how rude the salon was to me saying she is 18 and I do not need to be with her. They tried hard to sell me a service so I would be “allowed” to stay.

I called and they fit me in same day which was such a pleasant surprise. The location is a bit hard to find if you've never been but once you're in, the salon is BEAUTIFUL. Everyone is incredibly nice, and they have a salon puppy that loves belly rubs and snuggles.When I checked in I was offered a mimosa, coffee, water, anything to make me comfortable (and refills). Becker did my cut and it was quick and efficient. He didn't just cut it though. He gave it such a great style that it will grow healthy and beautiful.I did the moisture treatment during wash as well and not only do all of Beckers products smell great, they really work. I bought one to take home and it's made a huge difference in my hairs texture.Expensive? Yes. Worth it? A thousand times yes.

My hair is 4b type, and it's been quite a challenge to find the right stylist or colorist to achieve my hair goals. Then, I came across Becker on Instagram, and I was immediately impressed. He perfectly understood what I wanted, and my hair is much more manageable after his haircut. In my experience, Becker is the best hair stylist and colorist I've ever had. I've tried many others, but none compare. Additionally, his Be Chic Haircare products, particularly the Be Chic Hydrating Hair Masque, have worked wonders for my hair - it's my favorite!
