Great experience, entertaining staff who we were joking with us during a stressful day. They also helped us call other nearby Chase Banks to find a Notary because their’s was out for the day.

Convenient location. Very friendly staff, the managers make you feel welcomed and at home. Just from my experience with this branch Chase as me as a personal client, potentially business in the future as well. The ATM can get a little crowded at times, but there are plenty of tellers ready to help clients. The assistant manager comes into my business distracting my employees, and speaking in Spanish which not every client can understand. He is extremely unprofessional.

Definitely do come here if: - You want to spend literally all day at a bank with people who have a complete lack of regard for your time, as they only have one teller and one manager on staff - You want to sit in a location with only two chairs provided in the waiting area for the huge assembly of people vying for someone to help them - You are trying to open an account and give additional business to a bank that very clearly acts as if they could care less about receiving your money and incremental business After my trip, I recounted my story to a colleague who had the exact same experience. My first visit here will definitely be my last. Longtime Chase customer, rethinking based on this horrendous service.

This is a fantastic branch! Dianne Mason is very professional and extremely helpful. I've been a WF customer for years and came in after moving here from Los Angeles and she made my transition very seemless. I needed to do some debt consolidation and she was very transparent about the pros and cons. She even stayed a few minutes after they were closed to answer my questions. Spot on.
