Should be zero stars. The atm wouldn’t except my deposit and finally timed out. Took my stack of hundreds which was 12-1300 dollars and gave me no credit or receipt. I promptly reported it and even left a message at the ceos house later on. After a few days my account was credited but my claim was denied twice. The manager never returned my call. She is an ugly fat woman named Annemarie stern.My third credit now is permanent. My persistence prevailed but the whole experience was terrible

I'll note I've had some problems with Citizens Bank in the past, once they cashed a fraudulent check in the amount of $3000 and wouldn't take responsibility for it. However, I've recently moved to the area and Caesar was exceptional- helping me form a new account when other banks required utility bills, a lease in order to prove residency. I currently don't have a formal lease, and utilities are included in rent, so needless to say that was problematic. Personally speaking, I'd rather not continue my relationship with Citizens, but given the circumstance it looks like I will have to now. Thank you Caesar for making my experience somewhat palatable.

I have a credit card reward issue so I called customer service. They resolved my issue very quickly! Good experience. I would consider do other business with Citizens in the near future.

I only go when the bank is scheduled to open. Always greeted at door by a woman who says good morning and asks what type of transaction I would like to do at that particular time. After I respond she advises the teller of what I would like to do. My transactions have always been done with Arnaldo. He is always courteous and in a great mood. He addresses me by name and always asks if he could be if further assistance. He also advises if I have any further questions or concerns to call or come in as he will be happy to help. The bank opens at8:30am and I can get to work in White Plains, NY at a decent time. This branch is small and never crowded when I go. Thank you Arnaldo and Citizens.

Went here 8:35 am to open an account waited for 15 mins no one is helping me all of the employees they just look at me like a disease. I suggest open your account online don't go here they just going to ruin your day this bank dont belong here in Greenwich the perfect spot for them in Bronx NY. "The Bank of Speed of Life" not even close .

It was our first time to deposit in the bank in this specific location. We went to the counter (TELLER#: D101279; He is big, has grey hair, and can't wait to go home) and was asked with some questions about our account "demographics" when our only reason was to make an easy and swift deposit that ONLY requires an account number! So we asked him to confirm the address that we gave him if that is what he has on his computer, HE SAID "NO" and asked us for Driver's license and CALLED our cellphone to see if the account is really ours or if we are telling the truth! This is strange and weird because we are giving money to the bank to deposit and NOT withdrawing so we then asked his why he needs to do what he did BUT he didn't give us a reason! A licensed professional banker stepped in and helped out to deescalate the problem (he was there the whole time) and apologize for how we were treated or talked to. Customer service can be improved IF ONLY procedures/ verifications are being done and explained properly to customers.

Extremely unhelpful. Can't get a replacement ATM card for a week. And they won't let me change my pin to something I'll actually remember. The people inside basically just sit there and tell you they can't do anything to help.

Best bank in town You wouldnt find a friendlier bank I went in there for accident for parking change. Now im a proud citizens bank customer
