I love using CVS Sound Beach Ave. the employees are friendly and helpful and aways polite. I get most of my prescriptions there. They are located in a good place with lots of parking. Great place!!

I was here to pick up antibiotics for my toddler. CVS wanted my phone number to share with their partners about marketing opportunities i.e. spam calls. I didn't want this and the pharmacy technician said it was required. When the pharmacist came by, the tech announced to the store I was going on a tirade, then reached over to the card scanner and accepted the agreement for me to accept spam calls. With so many competitors in the area, I have no problem never using CVS again. I don't need spam and I don't need a pharmacy tech to insult me in front of the store when she is frustrated that I won't agree to accept spam calls. I now use Walgreens.

This used to be such an easy place to refill prescriptions. Not now. The app wouldn't let me log in because of "technical issues." When I called, I was on hold for 13 minutes and 4 minutes and NOBODY EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. To make matters worse, they have this distorted tape loop playing awful music while the recorded message repeats over...and over...

While convenient location-wise, I've been very disappointed by how unthoughtful and inefficient this staff is. My first job out of school was in customer service at Bloomberg and so it is always a shame when I encounter a team that cares little for the customer. It usually takes 2-3 days to fill a prescription and I always get grumpy pharmacists who are on the defense no matter how polite and patient you are - inevitably making you wait longer and jump through hoops to get a basic prescription. Considering switching pharmacies to avoid the monthly headache/downer.

It is one of the better Cvs pharmacies in Greenwich, but still a painful, stressful experience every time I need to pick up medicine. The wait is consistently lengthy, both in person and on phone. The employees do not communicate or transfer customer requests/messages with each-other. There is almost always inconsistent communication between pharmacy reps, pharmacists doctors and insurance. I truly dread going to any cvs pharmacy. I understand they have an overwhelming amount of work to do re: filling and providing medicine to almost everyone, however those I have seen do NOT do their job efficiently. Personally I often feel like an inconvenience to the employees. Often I will stand at the register, waiting, as one or several employees input data in the computers behind the counter with complete ignorance to the customers physically in front of them - “be right with you” would be nice to hear, but it is rare I hear that. Usually I am ignored. Overall, cvs is not a pharmacy I enjoy visiting. I try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Pharmacy is rude and uncaring. My family member has been a customer for 20+ years. They don't care. It really is disheartening and goes well beyond bad service

Management is wonder. He is a warm, friendly, and cares about his customers. The staff are mostly friendly. I had one incident where an associate made a rude sarcastic comment on my purchase which was uncalled for. The store is well organized and everything is easy to find. Great addition to the Old Greenwich village.

Always a problem getting my prescriptions. ALWAYS an attitude from the pharmacists for over 4 years since I've been a patron. One female pharmacist is particularly salty ALL the time- plenty of pharmacies, no need to deal with this type of customer service.

I ordered a "next day" photo book on CVS.com as a special gift but there was a problem with the store's printer. I needed it right away and the manager, Mostafa was great and called CVS.com and worked with them to find another store to have it printed and I got it in time! He and the whole staff at the CVS in Old Greenwich were so nice!
