This CVS is very good. The employees are genuinely pleasant, and the pharmacy department is top notch. Always get my prescriptions within a day of the refill date. Very satisfied.

Service with a smile. You are the place to go when I need something—a place that cares about your customers, cares about providing top products, as well as top service. Thank you, CVS, for putting up with our grumpy ways, rainy days, and the summer haze, here, in Greenwich, CT. We love you, we do!

TERRIBLE. Never called and said prescription was ready. Called and waited on hold for 30 min. Was told the dosage wasn't covered as it was an "unusual" amount but a lower dosage taken more times a day would be covered and would equal same total dosage daily. They close in 2 hours so I rushed to tell my doctor to quickly change it. I then get an automated voicemail it's not covered. I call CVS and was told to bring my insurance card in. Why? They have my insurance info this isn't an insurance issue... I was told something is covered and it's not and I need to know why so I can tell my doctor to change it again ASAP. Guy rudely tells me to hold and I've been on the phone for over AN HOUR with no response and pharmacy closes soon so I either have to go and pay out of pocket or wait in pain until tomorrow until they can get this right. This CVS is TERRIBLE. Go to RiteAid, Walgreens, Walmart, anywhere else.UPDATE after waiting on hold for over an hour they hung up on me without saying a word....

I scheduled my booster Covid vaccine 2 times with CVS. They cancelled both. The third time it was confirmed 2x the day of. I drove 45 minutes to get there. I checked in on line as they requested. 1/2 later no one helped me. I went up to the counter and they said " Our vaccine technology hasn't worked for 3 days" I explained they had confirmed 2 times, including an hour ago. They said "Nothing we can do about it".Don't go here. CVS has gotten terrible. Bad company all around

O STARS, -1 even!!! This location is by far the worst CVS that I've ever used. I am immediately transferring all my prescriptions after waiting on hold for over 40 minutes and then finally getting a hold of someone at the front of the store who told me that the pharmacy was busy and I would just have to wait. I waited on hold listening to the worst hold music panflute BS.40 minutes... four zero. The person on the phone was rude and told me that their priority is the people in the store not the people calling it. Seriously. This place and its employees are a joke.

Terrible. Drove to get shampoo, and Prilosec for my husband. The shampoo which I have purchased here in the past the manager said they no longer sell. Not true. The Prilosec he didn't have a key to open the plastic case. I was surprised they didn't make the employee that had the key return it to the store. Strange vibe store feels dated and very limited.

This is the most unfriendly, unprofessional, ignorant staff at any CVS I have ever been. I live minutes from this store but because am black, everytime I walk in to CVS at 99 Greenwich Ave, the queue stops. All the white people get served quickly, just no me. The queue ALWAYS stop at the black girl. There are two old Asian women who were cashiers that evening, if you check the camera on 13 January, you will see that they were both watching each other because NEITHER wanted to cash my items. I walked away and tossed the items onto the floor. I should have sailed them over the cashier area and walked out of their bloody store!Whose fault is it that they PRETEND white when white people are buying melanin in a bottle or begging the sun to kiss them? Can people be anymore daff? These people are rude, nasty, unhelpful just sickening! Why don't they go somewhere else to work if they do not wish to serve a mixed population?Without customers you cannot pay your bills! We should stop shopping there and see what happens for CVS on Putnam in Cos Cob or the one going towards Portchester is way more pleasant and customer friendly!Management must be just as poor because they hire people with poor customer service skills and do nothing about the complaints! Shame on you!

The pharmacy has got to be the worst I've ever been to. Disorganized, rude, slow-never enough people working there. Unable to answer basic pharmacy questions. I went to the pharmacy this morning and I will never go again. I'd rather pay twice as much rather than deal with these people again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Blown away by how incompetent this group is. Mediocre customer service coupled with a 'we don't want to be here and you are an inconvenience' kind of attitude. I'll be switching my pharmacy to Grannicks despite their reduced hours.

Pharmacy gets zero stars. Nothing is ever ready, no one seems willing to help with cost savings, no one even has a pleasant attitude. Now with mask wearing, one staff member didn't wear the masks properly (underneath their nose!). The few times I have been in there, I see other customers get frustrated as well, including elderly adults. I never want to step foot in here again.

The new technicians working are rude and not helpful at all. If you need anything done go to another cvs location to get any help. The young lady technicians are very inexperienced and not friendly towards customers even though that is the main title involved in the job description. I won't be coming back to this location ever...

Worst pharmacy for prescription medicine. They are almost always out of stock on prescription drugs. They don't forward your prescription to another cvs, but expect to you to get your doctor send out another prescription for another cvs. Whose fault is it that you are out of stock? They blatantly tell that the insurance prescription card is not accepted without even checking in the system. When insisted that it very much works and accepted at cvs, the pharmacist takes pain to key in the card details and then painfully admits that the card indeed is accepted. They move you from one window to another and make you stand through the same queue thrice because of their internal miscommunication. Visiting this place is an extremely painful experience.

Literally some of these reviews are correct. They don't check what's in been called in and one of them is too busy administering shots. Bad qualifications hang on the wall and worst, they have been in town near more than five pharmacies but since they are a chain, no one in government or can't drive well will get medicine on time. One l**** left -- there is a woman who uses bad grammar, there is another little person who can't get to the shelves without a ladder and of course, that is legally accepted and admired. But when you can't get your act and there are other people who have noticed too many times, you don't help. Shampoo and other items are ok. Some of the solutions are to transfer to a CVS not closer but farther away since gas is expensive in CT generally. Too many weird elements and in ability to harass a doctor combines for an awfully odd place where no one gets anything done. Some of the employees are so rude that you have to confront them and ask since you went to a lousy school, what is your excuse for this behavior and inability to do anything? One rude woman was a Latino from hell who thinks she invented the candy or cashier when she was a nothing -- short, rude and too much makeup (eva longeria stupid as in community college).
