The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I have had so many issues with prescriptions that I don't even trust them anymore to fill them correctly. Never answer the phone, always understaffed, takes days to fill anything. They also only fill your prescription if you call. Most pharmacies will fill it when a doctor calls it in. Not this place! I have to then call them again to request they fill the prescription they just received. No one compares to how bad they are.

Amateur hour with the pharmacy and pharmacists. I won't be surprised if someone is given an incorrect vaccine or medicine and we hear about it on the news. Shocking.

Changed pharmacies because we had a legitimate Rx for an opioid medication following a hospital discharge. Staff failed to disclose that they did not include this medication with others at pickup. When I called on phone to follow up, I felt treated like a criminal. Yes I know it's a narcotic. Another pharmacy filled the Rx instantly and took time to talk with me about its usage in a friendly manner.

I love using CVS Sound Beach Ave. the employees are friendly and helpful and aways polite. I get most of my prescriptions there. They are located in a good place with lots of parking. Great place!!

I was here to pick up antibiotics for my toddler. CVS wanted my phone number to share with their partners about marketing opportunities i.e. spam calls. I didn't want this and the pharmacy technician said it was required. When the pharmacist came by, the tech announced to the store I was going on a tirade, then reached over to the card scanner and accepted the agreement for me to accept spam calls. With so many competitors in the area, I have no problem never using CVS again. I don't need spam and I don't need a pharmacy tech to insult me in front of the store when she is frustrated that I won't agree to accept spam calls. I now use Walgreens.

This used to be such an easy place to refill prescriptions. Not now. The app wouldn't let me log in because of "technical issues." When I called, I was on hold for 13 minutes and 4 minutes and NOBODY EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE. To make matters worse, they have this distorted tape loop playing awful music while the recorded message repeats over...and over...

While convenient location-wise, I've been very disappointed by how unthoughtful and inefficient this staff is. My first job out of school was in customer service at Bloomberg and so it is always a shame when I encounter a team that cares little for the customer. It usually takes 2-3 days to fill a prescription and I always get grumpy pharmacists who are on the defense no matter how polite and patient you are - inevitably making you wait longer and jump through hoops to get a basic prescription. Considering switching pharmacies to avoid the monthly headache/downer.

Pharmacy is rude and uncaring. My family member has been a customer for 20+ years. They don't care. It really is disheartening and goes well beyond bad service.

The worst phone system in the universe -- like calling a third world airline. Thrre tries just now: #1 . 5 minutes of gibberish and noise. #2. Two minutes of noise and it automatically hung up on my with out ever speaking to a human being. #3. 6 minutes of ear-splitting stupid ads and noise, and I gave up. I need a new pharmacy

Renewed a prescription on automatic phone system. Told it would take 2 days. Today is 3rd day. Tried to call and talk with a person. On hold 14 minutes plus, and call dropped. Is this service???
