This pathetic person at the Minute Clinic refused to see us after we only appeared 5 min late claiming she was with another patient when she clearly did not want to perform our rapid COVID test for one of our healthcare front line workers. Completely awful representation of what CVS.

I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service I received today at CVS, Riverside. Mark (manager) and Patricia (beauty department) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where things were located in the store. I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. They assist me with getting the materials I inquired about and displayed genuine compassion. I will definitely visit this location again.

All I wanted to do was ask one of the pharmacist if it was okay to take this cold medicine with the medication that my wife was taking. Unfortunately, the pharmacist that I need to speak to was one the phone. One of her coworkers called out three times that someone needed consultation. She put the phone down five times and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there. The other pharmacist who was behind the computer, came over to help me when she realized that the pharmacist on the phone wasn't going to help me. I was the only one on the Consultation Line and I waited 15 minutes before I was eventually helped. I will never go back to that pharmacy.

Pharmacy messed up 2 prescription on 2 different visits. Wrong dose and then wrong amount. Required to go back after a month and pay another deductible

I'm giving this place a 5! Wanda and Kat- great employers. They were so so helpful and accommodating to my needs. I would drive more mileage to come to this cvs , super clean and great customer service. Nice selection and really just a great overall CVS Can't recommend it enough especially when the industry really struggles with good customer service. Great spot.

Do not go there if you need a photo enlargement.(1) it was not ready on time(2) the enlargement was uncut, with a large white band on the side and the store said it was unable to cut it to the correct size.(3) the store was unable to provide a proper envelope to protect the picture, just a brown bag who couldn't fit the whole picture.(4) the picture was printed on the back of the printing paper, making it matte instead of glossy.To sum up: go there only if you have plenty of time to have your pictures redone and bring your own envelope.

Horrible experience ,they need to do better,hiring,I was scanning my stuff when out of nowhere this lady employee from this establishment came ,when I wasn't even asking or in need of any help ,my daughter was scanning some coupons that she have and this lady said with an ugly rude attitude to stop scanning,I was very upset I never ever before have a bad experience in a cvs store until the day!

Stopped in at this location to grab a few things, I attempted to ask a pharmacy employee a question and was met with the worst attitude ever! She acted as if I was bothering her and treated me with little to know regard! I wouldn’t come back to this location if you paid me! Customer service is just as important as the products you are selling, and someone should teach that to the individual(s) working in the pharmacy!

For the last two days at different times of day I have gone to CVS Riverside, Ct to get my prescription. Yesterday I went twice and the sign on the closed window said closed for lunch. It was not lunch hour - so I returned yesterday in the evening. Still closed for lunch @ 7:00 P.M. I left. ****I went back today at 10:30, Sunday, and the sign says closed for lunch. It is not lunch hour. I asked at the front check out area and a courteous employee at the automated check out machines said - - "Please look at the new hours on the sign outside." I looked. It was clear that it was not time for the Pharmacy to be open. Why is the only sign outside the store. WHY THE HECK IS THEIR NOT A SIGN ON THE PHARMACY THAT SAYS DAY AND HOURS. I AM FURIOUS BEYOND EXPLANATION THAT THINGS ARE NOT RIGHT. PUT A CORRECT DAMN SIGN ON THE PHARMACY CLOSED WINDOWS.

I had such a great experience today with Monty, I believe he was the manager. He saw me going through the aisles looking for things - looking at a long list from my surgeon - and he helped me find everything I needed and even recommended some great things for my recovery. He was so kind and patient with me, truly made my morning so much better. Thank you Monty!!!

Michele at check out was SO helpful, friendly, and speedy. Mary in the beauty department is extremely knowledgeable on all the different brands and products. They both made my shopping experience the reason I always go to this CVS

The pharmacy has been negligent and messed up my prescriptions on multiple occasions. Doing things with my prescriptions without my permission. They have unexperienced techs working there that will give you false information. They also have a bad attitude when confronted with their mistakes. unfortunately my health has negatively been effected and I am without certain medications due to their negligence. Do not go to the pharmacy here they will waste hours of your time. The front store staff is fine its just the pharmacy that is negligent.
