Very poor service. The pharmacy will do everything in their power to avoid speaking to you. Perscriptions for common antibiotics are delayed putting patients at risk.

My experience is too long for this forum...BUT, I'd like to call out extraordinary concern, service and resolution of my problem, 9/15/24 at CVS 122 East Putnam Cos Cob, CT (Pharmacy). I was in a difficult, time sensitive, issue that needed special attention. Store was VERY busy...luckily I caught attention of Pharmacist EMMA...she listened to my problem, investigated, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes...despite other people in line clamoring for her attention. GREAT JOB, EMMA and thank you...ALL future prescriptions going to your store...I'm sincerely grateful for your help.

This pharmacy is way understaffed. You must communicate with them in person as they will not answer phone calls or return messages.

Pharmacists consistently late to start shifts. Hours of operation posted on a sheet of printer paper at the desk and they vary at random. Zero urgency or care taken in delivering scripts. It should not take 30 minutes when your first on line.

Most useless cvs in town. Can't wait for it to close and be gone. We don't need it at all. Go 5 mins down the post road in either direction for a better cvs.

Came here for my vaccine shots and medication. While it was busy, I was still seen very quickly. Great staff and service.

Came in to do the vaccine shots. Probably the most efficient CVS I've been to. The front staff was great and the gentleman who did the shot was so professional, quick and nice. This will be my new go-to CVS.

I scheduled both my covid and flu vaccination for 9/23 and received a text on 9/22 telling me the covid vaccine was not available and that I needed to reschedule (which I did). CVS charged my insurance company for the flu vaccination (which I rescheduled along with my covid vax as CVS requested)!

Pharmacy is always understaffed and prescriptions are never ready on time. Have had several poor interactions with one of the female pharmacists who works there - terrible customer service. Will choose to fill my prescriptions at a less convenient location moving forward to avoid the frustration.

The pharmacists , the two of them I usually c are exceptional . They honestly go way and beyond to make sure you get the care and attention needed . They always answered any questions and find a way to help and navigate the situation, I simply adore them .

When you simply say you don't want to use the self checkout , they try to force it on you saying it is their register. Said I would come back at another time when a regular register was open, which I know sometimes they are, I was rudely told I could come back but it would be the same way. I wasn't even refusing not to shop at their location but that changed my mind when that was thrown at me and said I guess I will not be back then. Went to Walgreens to get my purchase and they were friendly and cashed me out at a regular register. Cvs is not the only place around. Keep being rude to your customers and they will find somewhere else. It is unfortunate because last time I went, before this the person that rang me out at a regular register was very kind and helpful.
