I'm definitely would not recommend coming this place. I paid $200 for what's supposed to be a refill and he told me if I did not come back to pay tip in cash he'll charge my card without my permission. When I asked him where in the policy does it say he can do that, he began yelling at me and threatening me. There's much better places that will treat you better and cheaper too! Completely ruined it for the lady who did my lashes! Nothing about getting screamed at by an older man makes me want to tip.

Do NOT come to this sad excuse of a business. They are ridiculously rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every-time I come in for my appointment it is a new lash artist NEVER THE SAME! Today after my lash appointment I was not happy with the outcome.. although I didn't like my lashes because they are pointing in all different directions and choppy. I still paid the $170 they charged me!!! At the time of payment the so called owner was screaming at me, wouldn't let me leave and was telling me I was causing a problem because I didn't want to tip for the poor service I was given. I told them I've tipped every other time since I've been please with the service. While try to explain that tipping is optional he got up from behind the desk and the other female employee had to hold him back because he was bucking up at me. In addition another client who was there stood up and asked him to clam down. His aggressive behavior was absolutely disgusting especially to someone who's been a loyal customer for over a year!!! I am completely disgusted. Save your self the headache and DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I have been coming here for years. They are very accomodating with appointments. Not only is this location clean, but all the staff is very friendly as well. Pricing is great, there are groupons available for people who come for the first time. Definitely give this place a try!

I love this salon. They go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Salon is clean and the ladies know their stuff. I would highly recommend. The two spots in front are for customers. I didn't know that learned it today and thought I'd share. I'll be back for my fill in

Have been coming here for years. Lilian is the best lash tech, very professional and calming enviornment. I've been to many places before and this is the best experience and quality by far. Recommend to all of my friends. 10/10!

My experience at Lillian Lashes is ALWAYS amazing. Stanley and his wife are always warm and professional. The staff also follows suite. The environment is also clean and classy. My lashes are always done impeccably. I have even brought two of my daughters to get their lashes done. All within 1 month of my first appointment. The best part of Lillian Lashes that makes them stand out from the others is they SPECIALIZE IN LASH EXTENSIONS! Don't be confusEd. They are not a nail salon. They ONLY DO lashes. They are a must have experience. Don't miss it!!

had a horrible experience with this place. went upstairs to this dirty place hot and Lilian did lashes that cost me 150 .. they were horrible and did not look like i had lashes on.. I called when i was coming home and said these lashes are horrible told me to come back the husband was screaming at me he wanted to charge me over again. she tried to fix them still look horrible place is dirty ... i would not recommend this place to a dog !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to this place for about a year and have had nothing but an excellent experience. This was the first time I started getting lashes, and during my first appointment, they took the time to explain differences between lashes. They are always careful with masks and always gentle during the lash removal/attachment. Easy to book appointments and always accommodating with my work schedule as well. There was one time where I felt my lashes didn't look as full as usual. I brought it up to one of the lash tech and they fixed it right away. They are super professional and always welcoming. I went over my 3 week refill as I misunderstood the timeframe but they still accommodated by charging as 3 week refill and explaining the time frame. Lovely place and would continue to go here if I wasn't moving!

Have been going here for months now with my daughter. We love it!! All the staff is very nice and always very helpful with our appointments and questions. Service is great. We have been so impressed with our lashes and how they hold up. It is a very relaxing and peaceful experience.
