I come here often for shopping large packages across the continental US. I had no idea what I was doing when I first shipped, so the employee explained it to me and took me through the steps (insurance etc). I have NEVER had a bad experience!

I needed to send two-page document to Hong Kong and first went to UPS and then went FedEx to compare the price. UPS was a little more expensive than FedEx online rate. I decided to send the document at FedEx. There were three employees leisurely hanging around with one customer besides me.Since I am sending a document an employee gave me phone number to get exemption code. When I called, a man told me that he will send me the form through email to fill out. I related this matter to the staff, leisurely loitering about, and one of the staff took the phone and asked for the exemption code. They were obviously at odds with each other. I called again hoping an intelligent person would answer the phone. Same result.They on both ends did not know what they were talking about. I was dumbfounded how little they knew what they were doing.I went back to UPS. Thank goodness! UPS did not mentioned anything about an exemption code and it happens that the cost was even cheaper. The lady at the store told me that she gave an estimate but actual price was a lot cheaper.Five stars for UPS and one star for FedEx.

This Fedex office has always been been friendly and helpful. I have used their shipping, packing and redirect package services, all with very positive results.

Bought a box there - it was over $14, the same box at the Stamford location is $4.50...On top of that, they don't allow returns of boxes, even if its within a minute of purchasing. Absolute scam of a store - and should be reported to Fedex.

That’s how these employees work: if you’re brown or poor -looking, they make you scan the boxes yourself. If you’re white and rich looking, they will do what they’re supposed to do. Absolutely deplorable.

Some of the rudest and most unhelpful people I've ever encountered in my life. They were literally looking for reasons to not help me and trying to actively persuade me to not do business with them personally I think everyone in the store should get fired and FedEx should apologize to the world forever hiring any of them. There is absolutely no excuse for people to be this rude and this unhelpful and this ridiculous and obstinent. Go to another shipper you know that big brown one they're always very friendly and looking for a way to help you rather than treating you like an inconvenience in your life for wanting to give them business like FedEx is

They are not gonna help you with anything! They see you carrying a large and heavy box and whatever for them! If you need a receipt, you carry the box, go to machine and get it! If you wrap the box with tape to protect the box (I did that because my box is going to Brazil), they will not accept the box! So if you can, go somewhere else, just go! because here is just terrible service!

Excellent staff and services, good offices services for me as I am on the go and need printing and scanning often; sometimes it is crowded, with a bit of a line, so be patient.

This review is mainly for the owner or FedEx as they need to train there staff. They have no manners and they don't know how to provide customer service. Today I had to stop by at this location to drop off my Samsung package. As soon as I entered , being a nice person of course I greeted the person behind the counter. In return no response from her, starred me down (as I don't belong here), started laughing with other employee standing next to her (almost to the point that they are laughing at you) and when explained where this package is supposed to go, just said anything else and thank you. What kind of idiotic behavior is this. Reason you are working behind the counter is to make sure every customer gets proper service. FedEx needs to stop hiring snobbish, attitude idiots.
