I have been a long time customer and by far this is the best service team Infiniti has had from the Service Manager - Sal Cirillo and to the Service Writers- Ashley,Miriam and Jostin.They give you options and try to help you. I brought ny car in for servicing. Had a 9:30 appointment; was told it would take 90 minutes. Went to Starbucks to work. I get no call...At 12:00 after several attempts to reach them, I finally connect with someone.They tell me they are backed up and could probably get to the car in next 1-2 hours!MY FRIGGING GOD!!! No call at 11 or 11:30 to say, hey..we are delayed....if you need to make alternative plans...here is what is going on. UNFRIGGINGBELIEVABLE PATHETIC INEXCUSABLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!NO MORE! I'm going back for the car. These guys screwed my whole day12:30 Update:Went back to grab car. Guy behind the desk gave me blank response to question why no call?????Then Sal the manager stepped in. Class Act!Sal apologized said they were wrongoffered to give me a loaner, service my car and deliver it to me this evening!So 1 star for AM experience 5 stars for Salin future, any potential issues, concerns, ask for Salwhat happened this morning should not have happened....someone stopped reading the customer service manual early but Sal stepped up to turn the situation aroundThank you Sal

Employees are nice but their layout and system is terrible for used cars. I asked for a car without accidents, they showed me a car sideswiped at the quarter panel that was unfixed and unreported…. I had to just leave after the 3rd car. The second car, the hood latch was stuck from an accident with a cheap paint job on the hood (worse than maaco)with fisheye everywhere and bald tires. The first car had junkyard headlights and a hole on the leather seat and also missing the airbag cover on the rear with an exhaust rattle. All cars had more mileage than reported online. These are fake CPO cars with accidents and unfixed damage……… at 20kish miles 2 years old. It took 1 hour to see 1 car. Inspect your purchases people. Impossible to be really a CPO if you read the checklist. Parking stinks for sure. Good luck. I should of made a viral tiktok on the “accident free” swiped car. Unbelievable.

THIS 5 STAR REVIEW IS ALL BECAUSE OF BROOKE!!! Not only was he incredibly professional and helpful -- but he went above and beyond to get me the perfect car! He handled all the curveballs I (accidentally) threw at him in such a timely manner and with such kindness. He got me the highest trade in value for my old car AND got me the greatest price on the new purchase. If you are ever in the market to get a new car -- please stop at DARCARS Infiniti of Greenwich and ask for Brooke immediately upon entering. He was such a pleasure to work with -- wish I could give him more than 5 stars. Brooke -- thank you so so much for ALL your help, I appreciate your hard work so much!! You absolutely rock!!!!Also a side note -- Amberlyn (service manager) is absolutely amazing as well. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Brooke, our salesman was easy to talk to from the first minute we spoke. He easily discussed the vehicles we were interested in, the different models and their features. They gave us a great price on our trade in and the new vehicle we purchased. I'm a loyal customer of Infiniti of Greenwich .I was very unhappy with every time I called to schedule appointment service person kept telling me that it would take a long time for an appointment. It was very frustrated ..This happen to me on two different occasions one was my left tire had a small hold on the inside of the tire when I called for appoint the service technician told me they where busy I told her that I'm coming in anyway .If I didn't get that tire change I could have had a serious accident .

My experience at DARCARS Infiniti Greenwhich was fantastic. The staff was polite and helpful. Brooke made buying my first car fun and unforgettable. I was able to purchase the exact car I wanted for a great price. Amberlyn made making the appointment to see the car simple and easy. I drove a hour and a half away to visit this location and i’d do it again! I highly recommend visiting this location!
