Once again Issue with the same person I complained before ( yes, she is still in customer service) According to the manager she is a long time employee at the store but for some reason she does not know how to make a return. Came w receipt paid in cash and she didn't know how to do it . First she asked me for my credit card which I refused then she made the return without using my receipt . What's wrong w her ....

I'm giving Whole Foods in Greenwich two stars. 1. Because they open at 7am which is great as most Whole Foods in CT open at 8am. This store is unbelievably small and tight. There is not enough space for people to walk with shopping carts especially in the frozen isle .. it's almost laughable at how much maneuvering you have to do because they have water stocked in the middle of the isle as to make a two way lane. Once I asked the bakery staff if a muffin had any dairy in it because some where labeled with the ingredients and the one I was interested in had no label. The woman was so rude. She told me that if I have an allergy don't get that. I'm like excuse me... I'm asking you if there is any dairy in it. I don't have an allergy. She said well I don't know get something else. This store is convenient for me as it's close to my job but it's the worst Whole Foods in the Fairfield county! If you ever get a chance to visit Fairfield Whole Foods you'll be wondering why you even waste time going to this tight store as there is much more food buying options in larger stores.

This place just gets worse and worse. To my surprise I go to checkout and guess what no more HANDLES on the bags!!!!! WTF no warning and no bags for you to purchase. How muck paper does it take to make 2 HANDLES????? Whole Foods is just getting to be impossible to shop at.

The parking lot is crowded and dangerous. Cars are backing out while customers storm to their cars without regard to the crowded parking lot. I've gone to this store sporadically since it opened. Overall, I've never seen ruder clientele in a grocery store. It is not uncommon for shoppers to stop dead flat with their carts to look at the flower section, thus creating a barricade into the store. Often, they then move into the produce section and block that off with their carts and give nasty looks if anyone asks to get by. In other words, the flow is terrible. This needs drastic improvement. And, customers will careen in front of others to get to the cashier first. Cashiers will offer their services if they have no one in line which is a pleasant surprise.

The express sign states 10 items and the customer in front of me purchased 28 items - yes, it was 28 items exactly. When I complained, the cashier and the customer service rep blew me off with a classic, "What can I do" attitude. My wife and I have seen this happen at least five times, but there will not be a sixth. Whole Foods sucks! P.S. The parking lot is dangerous since cars are allowed entrance and egress in two directions.

This is just a bad place. Extremely poor customer service across the board. Nobody goes out of their way to help - in fact, just the opposite. I complained to corporate about it. And got no response. The Port Chester and Darien locations are much better. Fresher food. Top notch customer service.

While the actual store has improved much since the expansion and redesign, the parking lot is so dangerous that I will never go here. It is blatantly unsafe; not only is it unreasonably small, traffic moves both ways in dangerously narrow lanes. There is simply no room for cars, SUV's and pedestrians with the current layout. I am so disappointed, as it its location is very, very convenient for me. Unfortunately, the parking lot is so dangerous that the one-star review is warranted.

Shelved items are fine. Number one issue is staffing levels. There are always outrageously long lines. I keep going back thinking that they will make adjustments at checkout. Never happens. This is clearly a management issue. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to be replaced. There are plenty of checkout lanes, but no one to man them. Yes, this is a busy WF in downtown Greenwich, but no excuse. Darien is twice the size and equally as busy, and they never have this problem. This is a very fixable problem that has been going on as long as I can remember. Stay away, it would be faster to drive to Darien and back.

I don't know what they have changed at Wholefoods, but the semi-prepared and prepared food is just not the quality that I have come to expect from Whole foods. The cold salad bar is terrible, there is no variety anymore and everything is mushy quinoa dishes. They changed the beet salad and it is terrible with yellow lumps of fat in it, and they took away the sweet chile/golden sesame tofu, which was my favorite. Everything I have tried has tasted terrible. The salad bar used to be delicious. The salad bar needs to have bright, vibrant colors and flavorful dishes with a variety of textures! That brussel sprout salad tastes like cardboard. I tried to get the prepared chicken skewers that you cook, and they were not very good either. I guess my only option is to go to Citarella, which is not very convenient and more expensive! Wholefoods, please fix the salad bar so I can start coming back there!!

I went to get lunch here last week and while the women is preparing my salad all of my questions were being interrupted by a gentleman named Milo. So I ask Milo do you make the pizza with gloves and he says" all pizza shops don't use gloves", "I ask but do you"?"He says I make the pizza here yes I use gloves" Unbeknownst to him I had asked the server who kept interrupting prior and she told me that gloves aren't used when making the pizza. Integrity at its worst, this guy totally had a chip on his shoulder. Small store with a weird layout.

I Love this Whole Foods store. Yes it is probably the smallest of the chain, but it is land locked. I love the location in town so would not want them to move to another location. I especially value the employees at this store. Many have been there a long time and are always extremely helpful when asked. I recently dropped a glass bottle of blueberry juice and four employees came running with my welfare being their primary concern.

This is not only the worse Whole Foods in history, it has to go down as one of the worst grocery stores in New England. It must be one of the very first WF stores in the Northeast because it is TINY. Very very tiny. Which is bad enough but the produce is just not good. The meat section is fine but the bakery sucks - but then I have never liked WF baked goods section. They try so hard to be healthy that it just ends up being tasteless. But the worst part is the parking - I have NEVER seen such horrible parking for a grocery store. Even with the WH employee directing traffic. You are better off going to Fairway in Stamford - or hopefully The Fresh Market will come to Greenwich and close this place down.
