The most wonderful veterinary clinic hands down! Lovely and welcoming staff, caring veterinarians. My dog Nina has always hated the vet but she loves it here. The care and attention given to each furry patient is truly exceptional. The veterinarians take the time to explain everything in detail and make sure all questions are answered. Their dedication to the well-being of pets is evident in every aspect of their practice. I wouldn't trust my dog's care to anyone else! They are wonderful and really handle every appointment with a caring and loving touch. Their genuine care creates a comforting atmosphere that sets them apart. Highly recommended!

We have three dogs. We have three dogs who are sick. We moved to Greenwich last year and had to get a new vet. We have been to Greenwich Vet Center and of course, they have a credit card on file. Today, 15 minutes prior to taking all three dogs in, I get a TEXT (not even a call) that unless we bring our passport or license, we can't bring in the dogs.As a victim of cybersecurity already, there is zero way I would provide any further information to anyone unless it's the law.As a professional Business Efficiency Expert, this was a incredibly unprofessional way to inform clients, who in our case, have sick pets. All of this makes me wonder if the place was credible in the first place. The answer is: Will never find out as we would never go back and trust Greenwich Vet Center.

It is hard to express how fortunate I feel to be a client of Greenwich Vet Center. I trust Dr. Camila Colberg with my entire being, and know that every staff member employed by GVC is top of the class. This is a wonderful practice. I know that regardless of what I bring through the door, there will be no qualms & it will be handled with the highest standard of care regardless of the circumstances. Thank you all ?

Dr. Colberg is the best. She is patient, kind and understanding. I trust her and her staff to take good care of my dog. I recently boarded my dog for the first time ever (my dog is 12) and was so nervous to leave her but knew she would be in good hands. I picked her up this morning. Although she was so happy to see me, I know she was well taken care of.

Just bear in mind that you will not be able to have anything covered by your insurance if you attend this veterinary practice. I found their vet notes completely Inaccurate, they refused to correct them and I had to go to great lengths to get my dogs claim covered by the insurance. The vet’s response was that she would never recommend insurances and that they never pay for anything so there is no point in arguing the claim. I had to speak to several different people within the clinic several more phonecalls with the insurance company and was made so uncomfortable discussing the issue in the reception room with no privacy while all the staff members and other customers were there coming and going. The practice manager the vet and the receptionists insisted that they would not make changes to the inaccurate notes as they were claiming that it’s illegal to alter incorrect notes. The vets interpretation of the information given during the visit is considered a legal document while the pet owner has no say in whether what was recorded is correct. After I challenged them they agreed to speak to the insurance the insurance accepted the claim and then they sent me a letter kicking me out of the practice saying that they will not provide services to my dog anymore. Well feeling is mutual. Make sure you check the vets notes to ensure they truly reflect what you actually shared during any visit if you want to make an insurance claim.

We are always greeted like we're their favorite appointment of the day each time our cat has a visit. The doctors and staff are pleasant and personable, very professional and highly efficient in their practice.

I have been taking my dog to Greenwich Veterinary Center since she was born and had a pleasant experience, however, had booked an appointment for an annual check (vaccines) and a blood test and was 5 minutes away from the office driving from Pound Ridge, NY (over 30 minutes away) when someone called to tell me the Dr. had stepped out and was unavailable to do the vaccines. I would have appreciated advanced notice so that I could have rearranged things to do everything at once. Totally get that things happen but it seems like their customer service has gone downhill...

We just moved here and my 11yr old Springer was having an issue and they were able to fit him to see what’s going on, so grateful they could see him ?

They are so nice and personable at this vet location. You can go back with your pet and speak to the veterinarian and have all of your questions answered. They took us in last minute and we’re so wonderful with us and our dog.

Dr. Colbert is great, she takes the time to explain every detail, very rare nowadays.
