Honestly hands down the best, they took really good care of my dog when he came . They were super caring and gentle . Everyone was so nice and kind in the office . I would definitely recommend to bring your fur babies here ! 10/10

THE WORST. Do NOT go. The firm is UNPROFESSIONAL and has ZERO protocols. DISGUSTING. I wouldn't trust this firm. I made an appointment for my three sick dogs. Literally 15 minutes prior in a TEXT (didn't even bother to call), I was told we had to provide a passport or license id to be seen. Not only have we been victims of cybersecurity, they had my credit card already on file. No way where we doing that. No one should. RUN

I have followed Dr. Camilla Colberg all over from one practice to the next. She is the only vet i have found that our large german shepherd responds well to. He is larger than the Dr but he will do her bidding as she quietly directs him. Another vet required six technicians and couldn't treat our gentle giant. They said he was a danger to himself as he was so frantic to escape. Dr Colberg is professional, thorough and relatable. I don't love the location as a dog, if he escaped, would be right on a terribly busy road. Exercise caution. Look at the poor review dates. They are ancient. Dr Colberg has only had the practice the last three years or so.

I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are for, but I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. The doctors and staff couldn't be more friendly, accommodating and compassionate. I had to put my cat down and they were so kind and comforting. My sweet puppy Artie loves them too! Yes, any vet is pricey but you get what you pay for! Highly recommend!!

Hands down the best veterinary experience I've ever had! Dr. Maria Smeriglio has taken excellent care of my dog, and is always patient with all of my many questions. She did a wonderful job with my dog's surgery and his stitches healed perfectly. The front desk staff is great too. Any bad reviews here must be outdated, this is definitely a vet you can trust.

They will rip you off any way they can. They charge twice as much for prescriptions as my old vet. They also want you to pay $50 to write outside prescriptions. These are people consumed with greed not caring about animals. Plus they tried to overvaccinate my dog but then I got them to admit it was a "computer glitch." Yah, right. There's another vet down the block -- use them instead. There is no way they could've been worse. I hate to say this, but these folks are evil. Just want all of your money and could care less about your pets. Please look elsewhere for a vet.

BEWARE -- RECENT CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP AND QUALITY. Dr Bell is no longer running this clinic and it shows. I have been a loyal supporter of GVC ever since Dr. Bell saved my dog's life 8 years ago. I never blinked at the high cost because the care was so great. Not anymore. I brought my dog in for her annual check up last month and discovered that Dr Bell had sold his practice to a corporation. I should have walked out as soon as I overheard that (only from the front desk talking, no one offered this information to me). The appointment was routine and it was discovered that my dog needed to be on prescription food and eventually medication. It was a difficult process and my dog was not well. Twice my urgent messages left with the front desk were unanswered. Poor customer care and inadequate follow through. I will never return to this office and recommend the same for you.

This review is specifically for Danielle. She was so helpful when other vet clinics were not. Trying to get my dog to Puerto Rico, and she squeezed me in when I was in crunch time. Very grateful. Amazing and very knowledgeable front desk staff. Thank you guys again, love- Leroy
