Rude sales associates. Not a single Hello upon entering. Made me feel like I was a major inconvenience to them. Every pair of shoes I wanted to try on, the SA said they were out of stock. She didn't even look at her phone to check. Wasn't really interested to chat with me about the brand. Back-hand complimented my shoes, and said they were "heavy duty and look comfortable". She probably doesn't know I am already an establish Hermes customer. Just because I wasn't wearing any Hermes pieces, she just assumed I was some newbie. I wouldn't have even dropped in here if I wasn't already in the area... Go to the Madison Ave location... Better service, friendlier sales associates, and things are more likely to be in stock.

I visited Greenwich Hermes for the first time last February while window shopping with a friend. Without reservation, Dane greeted us happily for the first time. We met and she kindly asked us what we needed while telling weather and family stories in a very pleasant and fun way, allowing us to shop comfortably.This September, I made another visit for the first time in a while. To my surprise, Dane was there and had remembered me after all those months! She said she immediately recognized my style and began to give us(me & my husband) suitable recommendations for products we may like (many of which we ended up purchasing). She certainly has an eye for styling and she contributed greatly to my shopping experience. Dane’s friendliness, professionalism, and deep knowledge of Hermes products let me shop happily and have a very satisfied couple’s day.

For some reason I thought Hermes was kind of intimidating to even enter. I’m so happy that I finally decided to look at their scarves in person at this particular location since Dane, selling supervisor, was such an angel and helped me and my friend with finding exactly what we wanted!! We felt so comfortable looking around and asking her questions, that we LOVED our first Hermes visit so much. We’ve been coming back ever since, and Dane has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind! Highly recommend this store. Remember to ask for Dane!

I had an incredible experience at Hermes with Dane! She was so sweet and accommodating and made me feel at home while I was shopping at the store. As soon as I walked in she made sure I was comfortable and helped me find exactly what I had been looking for for so long. I am thrilled that there is someone like Dane at Hermes and I look forward to shopping with her in the future!

Wow- we came in to look (I usually shop in La Jolla w/Katia) and nobody greeted us, didn't even look up...and we were ready to buy. The doorman was friendly but I won't shop there...

I placed an order on line never received merchandise never received email response and there’s no number to call don’t bother shopping with them they will take your money. And I have sent them over 10 emails.

My friends and I had the best experience at this store with the help of Dane. As soon as we asked her for help she stopped what she was doing to locate a couple of hard to find items for us, but that wasn't what made our day. Dane is the warmest, kindest and most welcoming person. She genuinely bonded with us and made us feel so comfortable with her it felt like talking with an old friend. I look forward to working with Dane again.

5 stars for Dane! I had to run into the store to purchase a quick gift, as a new mom this simple task isn't so simple. She was SO kind, patient and reassuring as my infant was crying and needed to be fed. She defused my stressful situation and made my shopping experience flawless. Not only is she a wonderful sale associate but she is a WONDERFUL human being who deserves recognition. If it wasn't for her I would have left the store empty handed. I will absolutely be back to shop with Dane and highly suggest you seek her out for your needs!

I visited this store yesterday and had the worse shopping experience ever!!!!! I entered the store, upon entering a sales associate was on her phone and did not even acknowledge my presence. I knew exactly what I wanted so I requested assistance from a gentleman who had a clipboard in his hand and was taking inventory. He had to go over to the SALESPERSON to ask her to help me. I requested 2 sizes in the item I wanted. She did not introduce herself. It takes a special person to be a sales associate, obviously this woman does not deserve the title of sales associate because this type of behavior does not reflect what the company stands for. Also without customers many companies have failed and many sales associates have been displaced as a result of COVID which has taught us that online shopping is the "new thing". So my advice to all sales associates, remember without us paying customers you are and will be out of a job! I bought my item and left the store. Will not return to that store. Will continue to go to the store in rhe city.

These boutiques can be intimidating, but I always find the staff here welcoming and unpretentious -- from their security team to their sale associates (SA). If you know Hermes, you know that it's ideal to cultivate a relationship with an individual SA. They will learn what you love and help you score those HOT, HOT, HOT items (for me it's someone looking out for the "Chypre" sandals in my size). For the past few months I've been working with Dane Gjuraj (a Selling Supervisor) and from the first introduction (I went in because I was unable to make a leather appointment online) she treated me with warmth and respect. I don't envy these folks that have to frequently break it to their clients that their dream items are, simply, unavailable. But the more you visit, the more opportunities you'll have to get to know each other. Today, Dane made my birthday wish come true! If you visit the Greenwich boutique, ask for Dane (any day but Friday) and tell her Sarah sent you! Happy shopping and BE PATIENT -- the best things comes to those who wait.

Working with Dane is a fun experience because she is knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to learn your preferences to offer the best recommendations. I love how she and those at this location help me think outside my boring basic style and consider more interesting options. Everyone at Hermes Greenwich is wonderful. Thanks so much, Dane! Unsure why so many people are complaining about their customer service. I wasn’t there in person, but was looking for a ready-to-wear item that was out of stock in my size at my local LA store. So they checked internally and saw that the Greenwich location had it available and left a message. Not even a few hours later someone from that boutique got back to me via phone and text, confirmed availability, packed it, shipped it to CA, and I had it two days later. Looks like great customer service to me?! Maybe people who are complaining forget that Hermès isn’t a browse and touch store. It’s a high end boutique that also doesn’t have their full selection on display. You have to be familiar with their current line. It isn’t department store shopping, just saying….

I love to shop in this location. All the staff there are very friendly, even though I bring my kids who are not alway well behaved. They have patience to me and kind to my boys. My SA Jeff and the store manager are exceptional. This store is giving me a warm feeling. Thank you for the experience. The most kid friendly Hermes store for mommies :)

I have never ever ever ever met a more kind, warm, friendly , humble, honest, attentive , responsive associate as Dane at the Greenwich Hermes store. From the moment I connected with Dane she has made every interaction a memorable one. What she promised she delivers! I drive from Manhattan to visit the store Bc of the incredible hospitality. Thank you my dearest Dane, you are one of a kind and I am so happy that I get to shop with you!
