I have ordered three times from here. The first two, I got the wrong bread, ok no big deal. Tonight, not only was the bread wrong again, but it was stale and crusty. Huh? All you do is make sandwiches. How is it possible that your main ingredient is not fresh. Subway's bread is never stale.

Why this place doesn't have higher ratings is confusing to me. I walked in here and was greeted by and served by two of the nicest young guys I've met in a long time. They seemed really happy to be working, were enthused about the brand and the sandwiches they make (which is crazy rare this day and age), and shared tons of info about the various sandwiches with me. The sub was absolutely fantastic, and I'll continue going back here always. I would recommend JM's to anyone.

Would give it a zero but it won't let me. Refused to sell me a half a hot sandwich I didn't want a whole one I wasn't that hungry. I'm a trucker and it's hard to find spots to eat and when we do and get this, it just doesn't make sense. What happened to the customer is right especially if the customer is paying. I'm done I was a big Jersey mikes fan but this stupidity at this location just turned me off I'm good I'll find a mom and pop shop where I can get what I want.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would, today I arrived at Jersey Mikes expecting a delicious sandwich for lunch however I received the complete opposite. The Business Manager Joe was upset when I asked to toast the bread for my sandwich and initially denied my request. There was another customer in line who noticed how unreasonable Joe was being so he stepped in and only then did Joe finally toast the bread. He through the bread on the grill aggressively and made it obvious that he was upset. He then let the bread burn and chuckled when he took it off the grill as he prepared the sandwich. Not only was the bread burnt but Joe went out his way to make sure the sandwich was put together poorly and not to my liking. As a Business Manager myself customer service is always top priority which clearly isn’t the same for Joe I hope the Franchisee considers new Management because the way Joe represented the brand was disgraceful.

Found tiny shards glass in sandwich from UberEats order. Found out when I couldn’t crunch this “salt”. Insanely dangerous.

I didn't know it was possible to wreck a ham and cheese sandwich!!!Meat and cheese slices were paper thin.The whole thing was drowned in mustard and vinegar.Servers were indifferent or didn't care.

The favoritism here is so crazy… I’ve known someone pull a no call no show about 3 times loose his job and manage to still come back but when I’ve did the same thing one time I was fired.. the people stealing from the register and never getting any consequences but when I was fired I was a suspect for stealing lol this needs to be shut down the amount of rats I’ve seen running cross my crocs is so crazy I admit to taking chips and drinks but the amount of people doing the same thing and no consequences again is so crazy to me LOL

For the Economics of the location they’re in. For them not to accept big bills as in 50’s and 100’s because they get fakes is a bit ridiculous. Plenty of other places and smaller businesses that have stuff in place for that . Had to inconveniently use my card when I had the cash for the order .

Ordered online, arrived there after 20 minutes. They made me wait extra 15 minutes in the store and while this time they served more than 10 ppl which they arrived after me.

We ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich with bacon and they forgot to put the CHIPOTLE sauce in it. when we went back the supervisor with short height and curly hair said that it’s already in there. We asked him to check again and he accepted that there is no sauce. He loaded the sandwich with so much sauce, rolling it up destroying the sandwich. We left the sandwich there and left with no food. Thank you for wasting our time and destroying the sandwich.

Racially profiled me & they got my order wrong. They even had the nerve to charge me twice when trying to correct it. Called the cops on me when voicing my concerns! Horrible service stay away if you value your time & money!
