The entire experience was surprisingly exceptional. Tim is wonderful! Very kind, efficient and friendly! If you have blood draw anxiety, this is the place to go, it was quick and painless. It took 3 minutes to check in via the kiosk, and the blood draw was so quick. 10 out of 10 for me!

This is by far the best Labcorp location I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a lot). Jasmyne is the perfect person to work in healthcare. She is always SO kind, caring, patient, and helpful. She’s also really gentle with the actual blood draw and is very accommodating to your needs. I’ve seen him less frequently, but David is also very good and nice! I do wish Labcorp would fix the wifi because it’s in the basement in a total dead zone and the wifi does not work, which is definitely really annoying, particularly when you need to email them your order, you need to call your doctor for the order, etc. The lack of working wifi can really slow things down.

No appointments here. But only one other person in the waiting room in the afternoon. Staff was great. In and out in 15 minutes.

David and Jasmine at Deerfield Road, Greenwich LabCorp location were phenomenal! They fully and clearly explained all steps of a multi-step testing process. They were professional, knowledgable, warm and friendly. I truly appreciate their kindness and commitment to excellent work. I highly recommend using this location for testing!

They were so lovely. I told them that I am prone to fainting and they could not have been more accommodating. I had such a positive experience and I usually hate to get my blood drawn. Highly recommend this location to anyone who is sensitive.

One technician for the whole hour I was there, averaging 10-15min a person. I waited for four people ahead of me, so, roughly an hour to be seen. No online appointments. Would suggest people make appointments in Stamford location instead.

I have been to this lab a few times. The gentleman could use a little more people friendliness. He hardly looks at you and is obnoxious if you ask him something. Today, I went to the lab and got there at 8:05 am; as they open at 8 am. Well, when I got there, the door was locked. No one was in the lab. At 9 am, finally the lady technician arrived, and she was very apologetic because her male colleague was not coming at 8 am as scheduled. He took a day off, but no one told the lady technician to come in earlier. I waited one hour!!!!
