We recently had an issue that I brought to management and their response was prompt, decisive and professional. I believe my issue was singular and not indicative of the service they provide and I hope they continue to thrive. I recommend The Laundry Room.”

“Safeway cleaners are the nicest people I’ve ever met in any cleaning establishment the way they press and deliver my clothing after it’s cleaned is fabulous. I cannot say that about the tailor Vincent he’s overpriced and very unpleasant. He ruined a Cashmere sweater of mine that was many hundreds of dollars and when I had to get things altered, he kept deducting ..as he should what the price of the sweater was. He never reached the total. I finally said OK. You would think after that he would be kind and patient with me, but he was anything, but. Every time I came in there after that to have something altered, his attitude was unbelievable. I hate to say that because the owners of the establishment and the people who work there and the quality of their cleaning is really a number 10.JB”

“I love the place and the people I think they do a great job folding and packing is phenomenal. I only wish they would be a little more forthcoming when I first went to tell me about the minimum that I paid several dollars for empty weight and one time when I brought my teenager stuff in a separate bag and ask them separate they didn’t tell me. There was an additional five dollar charge or I just would’ve had to separate orders because my child was with me at the time those little things bother me otherwise great place”

“I use this laundry mat every other week. Their machines a great and the place is kept very clean. It dose tend to get really busy on the weekends and people just leave their close there without supervision. But other then that this laundry mat is great.”

“I dropped off wash and fold as a first time customer here 2 weeks ago. They turned it around same day and did a great job. That’s not really the reason I’m writing this review….im writing it bc I accidentally left my engagement ring and another diamond ring in my pants pocket. And didn’t realize it. Two days later I have 3 missed calls from an unknown 203 number. I call it back and it’s Anna from laundry Express calling to tell me she found my rings. I had NO IDEA where I had misplaced them. Wouldn’t have guessed in my jeans pocket at wash & Fold! This amazing woman found them while doing my laundry, called me repeatedly and held them safely until I returned from a trip. I will forever be in her gratitude. This woman is sent from heaven. Incredibly honest - and yes, their services are spot on too!”

“Sanda's Cleaners is the best!! I've been going to Sanda for dry cleaning for at least 30 years and I have never had a problem. Sanda herself is an outstanding tailor. Her work is always impeccable and she has repeatedly gone out of her way to accommodate me if I need an item quickly, including the next day. “The ladies at Rocket Alterations are simply amazing! I came to them on the Sunday before Memorial Day with a very last-minute request to have a dress altered for a wedding. I knew that it would be really tough to get it back same-day and was prepared to have them tell me it wasn’t possible. However, they were incredibly accommodating and worked it out for me within just 4 hours! Not only were they incredibly efficient, the alteration itself was excellent and fit me perfectly. “The owner (Tom) heard my tire pop from across the road and immediately came to help me fix it, no questions asked. He wouldn't let me pay him. He seriously helped me out for half an hour and fixed up the car, all while showing me what to do in case this ever happens again. Such an angel- I am SO grateful, what an amazing guy (and business owner)!!!”
