I was contacted by the dealer about my review below and told I would be reimbursed the overpayment on my registration and given some money for the repair of the rims. I was giving the dealer the benefit of the doubt and maybe they made an honest mistake. Of Course I had to remove my negative review first. Well one month later numerous phone calls and no check. So I feel it is appropriate to put my review back.Original Review:I am very disappointed with my overall experience at this dealer. To start off I drove quite a distance to come purchase this car, I got there at 9am when you opened. Chris took me out for a test drive, ensured me that the car would be gone over and everything would be repaired that was wrong with it before I took it. I pointed out to him that there was a vibration on the highway and the brakes felt a bit worn. He assured me that these items would be checked and repaired before I took the vehicle. I sat there all day with my 5 year old from 9am till about 3pm delay after delay. Melanny the finance manager had me waiting in the waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes to take my payment from me. Not sure why that all took so long when I was paying cash.I am doubtful that the service department, while holding the car all day, did anything to it. The rear brakes are shot, the wheels were not balanced and it did not appear they did anything other than change the oil in 5 hours which again, I am beginning to doubt that was even done. The service report says that the oil was changed, wipers were replaced and tires were nitrogen filled. Well the wiper blades were peeling off and I had to replace them and the tires were most certainly not nitrogen filled as nitrogen filled tire pressure does not fluctuate, they put the green caps on the tires to make it look nitrogen filled. So pretty much all that time waiting, no mirror was replaced, oil was possibly changed and the tire caps were changed. I would think the engine and cabin air filter would have been checked in this overall inspection given how cheap they are. They were quite dirty and disgusting.Furthermore, I went to have the vibration replaired myself to find that all 4 wheels were bent, hence the vibration. I ended up having to spend $600 to have them repaired and rebalanced. Also, the driver side heated seat back does not work. This is extremely disappointing for me given I use them every day practically. I understand it is a used car, however buying from a dealer I would expect a little bit better.I would also like to add that the service report at your dealer 7/22/22 mileage 33,645 stated “replace rear brake pads and rotors – rusty!! Shims falling apart” I purchased it at 35,668, 2 thousand miles later after the brakes were already said to be bad.

I had a great experience at this dealership, the whole team was very welcoming. I worked with Neerja, Francisco and Aaron specifically who were both awesome. They felt more like valued partners who were helping me find the right car rather than a pushy sales team which is so much better than the experience I’ve had at most other dealerships.

I rarely ever take the time to write reviews but this one had to be done.Dave Miller, Dave Miller and Dave Miller to the 10th power! :0)I live in Manchester and bought my car from Dar Cars in Greenwich in 2022. The sales rep was just OK and has since left the company. But we all know once you buy the car the most important thing that follows is upkeep and SERVICE.I take the 1.5 hour drive from Manchester to Greenwich to get my car serviced. Why? Because of the excellent service and professionalism of Dave Miller and his staff. This gentlemen is super honest and his integrity is beyond reproach. He has a warm spirit and always greets me with a smile. Dave has treated me with the utmost respect from day one. Honest to God, Dave really does treat you like you are family to him. He goes above and beyond to make sure Dar Cars's customers, (HIs Customers) are satisfied. But more importantly, he makes people feel valued! He takes his time to explain things and does not rush you along. As a "seasoned" (older) woman, I sincerely appreciate that. My friends have asked me why I take the long drive for basic services. I tell them because this is a business that I trust, because I trust that Dave Miller will do right by me. Many car businesses treat women differently than they treat men, and we can often sense that. I don't get that feeling with him and I can truly say that I get a good vibe from Dave. Again, treats me like family and as a "valued customer". So it is well worth the time,gas, extra miles on my car and the $ to patronize this establishment.. Dar Cars owner, I hope you read this review and realize that you have a great asset in Mr. Dave Miller.

I loved my experience at this Lexus dealership. Although I purchased my new Lexus from another Lexus dealership, if I could have gone with this one- I would have! The other dealership just had the very specific cosmetic details I was looking for. I was feeling a bit discouraged after coming from a dealership where I had a pretty negative experience at Lexus of Queens and Darcar restored my confidence in purchasing from a Lexus dealership. Their new and used offers were reasonable, Ted was great, informative, and reaffirming. Other sales agents in the office were positive, engaging, and made sure I was taken care of and the manager Neejra was personable and made me feel like if I went with them, I would be comfortable with my deal. Their warranty is also great.

A long overdue review DARCARS LEXUS OF GREENWICH! I want to start by saying Thank you to Luis Silva and Dave Miller for making this an amazing first experience in buying a pre-owned car. They offered many options and test drives because I was indecisive about what I was looking for. Thank you for being patient with me, I love the CRV-EXL.Will be returning in the future.

I recently purchased a used car at darcars used car lot. The experience was overall amazing, we were with Luis the sale associate. It was honestly the best experience I ever had with my husband. The start of the process to the every end, Luis was with us with every step. It all questions answered right away and giving us every reassurance we asked for. This was my first Lexus purchase, I came all the way from Brooklyn. Luis even reached out after to make sure everything was okay, and answered any additional questions I had after I left. I will be returning back in the near future for any other purchases. I would recommend this dealership 10000%.

Bought my slightly used suburban z71 from DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich. Neerja and Angelo were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and answer all my questions patiently and passionately. Considering the current market condition, the selling price is very fair and competitive as well. After test driving the car, I immediately say yes. Definitely recommend this dealer!

First I would like to say that I presented some challenges for this team here at this location, they did not turn me away, they took the time to fine comb every option available to get me into a vehicle, and they did it with a smile, even though im sure it was a stressful situation, i've been turned down before but they're determination was amazing. I can now say that Angelo, Neerja, finance expert Anisa who by the way left no stone unturned and was meticulous at explaining every detail to me so that everything was clear to me, James.. who by the way brought an energy unrivaled by many made me feel important and answered every concern, but the first impressions are forever lasting and that was brought to me by Angelo and Neerja, Angelo who I consider a friend kept me confident and assure me that the process would take time but that it would bare fruit and to just be patient, thank you for that Angelo. Neerja, her demeanor was amazing calm and pleasant, she's the enforcer who by the way will fight for you every step of the way, this team was amazing and i am forever grateful to them. Thank you.Ps the manager of the dealership makes you feel like he has known you for years. Just a great dealership in general.

I bought my Lexus NX300 a few months ago at the Lexus Greenwich location. I had Aaron Spellman, Sales Associate assist me in my search which started with a sedan but eventually ended up with a SUV. During my search, I found Aaron’s friendly demeanor and knowledge of the operations of the cars helpful in what I eventually wanted to purchase. I test drove the cars and he gave the pros and cons of each car against another manufacturer’s car. Even after the sale, he enquired, if I had any issues or questions on the car. I find Aaron’s cheerful disposition a plus to any potential customers. If you plan to buy a Lexus, ask for Aaron Spellman at Lexus in Greenwich.

Horrible experience, I bought the car at end of the 2021 with Lexus certified(161 point inspection) and zero accident carfax report.After a while I saw the rust on the right side body of the car and see some paint. I checked the service history of the car and saw they already fix the car at Lexus of Greenwich and never mentioned that to me during the sale. I called Lexus and they told me they will asked to Lexus of Greenwich to take care of me. It took a couple of month to contacted to me. And they lissen the issue and they said we will take care of you and no one called me back. I found the director email and send email to her and no respond finally I found same model of car and told them I would like yo trade it with that car because you lied to me when you sold the car you said no accident but car has been had damaged and by fixed your dealer. They said we will help you. I was expecting a discount on that car because they lied to me before but nothing changed, they ask me to pay full price if car and trading value for car lower than market value.My suggestion please make sure the car you would like to buy has not been have any damaged before even if they said no accidentVery bad customer service experiences

The Pre Owned Lexus of Greenwich dealership was by far the best experience I have ever had and this is the fourth Lexus I have bought. What sets this dealer above the rest is the leadership of the sales manager Mr Dave Miller. As soon as you sit with your salesperson he comes over and greets you and is very welcoming. Both Dave and James Palmer were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase during and even days after when I had questions about service and wheel and tire package. If I am ever looking to buy a Lexus again I will definitely make the trip to Greenwich from Deer Park, Ny it is well worth the trip.

I had very rude sales person that thought she was doing me a favor for selling me a car for 10k over msrp even though a dealer 30 minutes away had one for msrp. Do yourself a favor and drive to New Haven.
