Was charged twice. I called to let them know and to speak to a manager. I’m still waiting a week and half later for a call back to see if they resolved the issue.I just called my credit card to cancel the payment. Customer service is terrible! The amount of money you spend on the couches they don’t have anyone to put it together.

Easiest furniture shopping experience! Sales person was super helpful and knowledgeable. Her advice and suggestions made the decision to buy so easy. Showroom was excellent with lots of things to look at and test out. Can’t say enough good things about this store.
