If I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars, I truly would. I received AMAZING customer service through this particular LoveShackFancy boutique. The manager Catalina Garcia was absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with! I was looking for some rare, hard to find bespoke upcycled pieces and Catalina went ABOVE and beyond to locate pieces for me from across all the boutiques. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at this particular LoveShackFancy boutique . It is incredibly well organized and run under Catalina Garcia. I would absolutely recommend making her your sales associate and going through her. Be sure to check out this location and work with Ms. Garcia- you will not be disappointed! One of the best experiences I’ve had with this brand!

I have been a LSF admirer and consumer since the beginning! If you want to enjoy the complete & ultimate luxury experience of all things LoveShackFancy, I strongly recommend you visit their Greenwich boutique on the Avenue . This gorgeous store has the most current selection of the LSF line in addition to limited edition and hard to find pieces for the true LSF collectors. I’ve been in a number of times as I live in the area, and every single time is a pure pleasure. The boutique manager, Catalina Garcia is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and a consummate professional & she has the most courteous & helpful staff of associates!! We came in this past weekend and she was instrumental in helping me style my tween daughter for her special occasion dream dress. Naturally, I had to purchase some beautifully Romantic cottagecore dresses and skirts for myself? If you happen to find yourself in the fabulous town of Greenwich, definitely do yourself a favor and visit the exquisite LoveShackFancy boutique for clothing and accessories that are extravagant, exclusive, feminine high-quality pieces with a Couture flair. This is also the boutique where you will find limited edition pieces that are not sold online and are truly one of a kind. Thank you so much to the LSF Greenwich team! I had the chance to visit this shop the week before my bday and was so pleased!! Keep in mind this is a luxury brand so it is pricey (but they have amazing sales!). This was my first experience with the brand and was treated like a queen. The LSF girls were so pleasant and helpful. I was offered a drink and tried on so many amazing dresses. I was not given a look when I decided to not buy a dress (which is great). I did leave with a gorgeous pair of sneakers though. I will definitely be back to buy my dream dress. Gorgeous store inside and out!! Worth a trip!!

Disappointed with customer service. Had called ahead to arrange trying on a particular dress in two sizes- was told it would be available. When I got to the store, they did not have the dress available to try on, or even see in another size.

LoveShackFancy is a stunningly beautiful store. It's like a museum for me because I couldn't justify getting anything in this store. It's the most feminine store I've ever walked inside of. Everything is made of whimsical, white and pink delicate, soft, lacy materials. You'll think you're in a fairytale store, where you're shopping for your fantasy life, with your fantasy wallet. One dress I saw had a price tag on it, of $1,495.You'll mostly find special items for women, home and little girls.They offered me rosé wine while in the store. This is a unique, charmingly beautiful store, that will put a serious dent in your wallet.
