Store is fine, sales people are out in space, cashier shouldn’t be doing his job! Couldn’t figure outa simple return!

I recently visited and loved my purchase! Michael, an amazing associate, helped me out—he was incredibly attentive and made the shopping experience so enjoyable. I ended up getting a black Lululemon set and some shoes thanks to his great recommendations.
However, I had a somewhat awkward experience at checkout. While Michael was communicating with the cashiers about my items, the man at the register (dark hair, kind of looked like Jason Baldoni—LMAO) made an unkind comment, saying something like, “I don’t know why Michael does those weird hand gestures like that.” It felt unnecessary and dismissive.
I want to reiterate that Michael was amazing! His kindness and professionalism stood out. But that comment from the cashier really bothered me. Mocking someone’s mannerisms is unacceptable. Because of that, I can only give 4 stars. I believe everyone deserves respect, plus seeing team work and kindness towards coworkers make the shopping experience better.

Love the athletic wear here, but I struggle to find things in store because they don't carry as much stuff in sizes 2 or 4. Otherwise, the staff are very nice and helpful.

I would give a 5 star review, but this Lululemon isn’t well stocked and it’s on the avenue. Employees are friendly. Isn’t spacious, but they are helpful and will order something online if they don’t have it.

The employees are always so helpful. They’re extremely attentive—watching to see if someone has their hands full to offer a dressing room so the customer doesn’t have their hands full, asking if customers need recommendations, ready to shop with customers online if needed. I love this Lulu store!

No one will answer the phone!I bought pants that needed to be hemmed. Haven’t heard from lulu in a few days so I tried calling and no one will pick up the phone

They said they’re closing because of the weather, but it’s literally not even that bad. Close days earlier if you’re gonna shut down, you missed the worst of it. I’ll go spend money elsewhere, at least maybe I’ll get some value out of my money.

Lululemon used to stand behind their products and the team in Greenwich supported them in this. Recently, however, that has not been the case. My kids bought me a couple of pairs of athletic shorts and the drawstrings on both of them broke immediately. When we brought them back to the store, the staff was rude and refused to assist. Not what you would expect from a premium brand.
