As the former EVP Director of Stores for Macy’s with over 35 year’s of experience and an avid luxury and exotic car customer I wanted to pass along my appreciation for Antonella Mongollon. I am aware she is young in her career, but her positive professionalism and poise was only matched by her outstanding responsiveness and follow up and through.I am aware of the high standards and expectations Miller Motorcars have and that’s why I traveled all the way from Long Island to purchase a car from your dealership. Antonella personally delivered my car after, an earlier delivery in New jersey, 2 days before Xmas just to make sure the experience exceeded my very high expectations. Trust me if I was still at Macy’s I would have tried to recruit her as she is that good but I am sure you know that already.I have already shared my experience with my friends and family and in fact one of my best friends just put a deposit on a new Roma Spider with Alex.Please pass along this note of recognition and appreciation.Thank you again.Happy Holidays.Randy Scalise

In March 2023, we purchased what we thought would be a very well cared for McLaren GT. Our sales advisor Janak was responsive and did a great job at communicating and was there at every step of the way. So we thought…the experience became a bait and switch. A week after signing the purchase order we found that the dealer failed to initially disclose damage history but yet they assured us that it was minor at worst and would not impact the vehicles resale value. At this juncture, we had paid a non refundable deposit and regardless, the deal had closed. Fast forward to later this year, we go to sell the vehicle and this dealer provided a very low ball offer because of the “damage history”! After several email exchanges with Rick and David, it was obvious and in writing (with date stamps on our purchase agreements) that they had a gross oversight in the sales process and refuse to stand behind their product or after sales support process. We feel cheated, lied to and swindled by what should be an otherwise great experience. The service here is appalling and it’s a total bait and switch shop that these guys are running. It’s all fun and games until you buy the car- then the surprises become insurmountable and the sales agents and managers run and hide- basically there is zero accountability. Please do yourself a favor and purchase your luxury vehicle from any of the other fine dealers in the Greenwich area!

My wife and I had an unbelievably wonderful experience purchasing a Maserati through Miller Mototcars in Greenwich, CT. Our sales specialist, Antonella Mogollon, was in a word, exceptional. It was very clear that Antonella understands the details of the cars she is representing and was able to explain the technology and benefits of the Maserati Grecale we were looking to purchase. Antonella delivered to us the exact car we were looking for at a very fair price. She was also considerate of our time and had the car ready at their Westport location, which was a shorter drive for us. Antonella walked us through all the controls and features of the car and made sure we were comfortable before we took possession. I can’t say enough about the great experience we had purchasing this car from Miller Motor Cars and especially through Antonella.

My husband and I had an unbelievably positive experience purchasing a Maserati through Miller Motors in Greenwich, CT. Our sales specialist, Antonella Mogollon, was truly exceptional and a pleasure to work with. We had initially gone to our local Maserati dealer on the Philadelphia Mainline to test drive a Grecale Modena after my husband read the rave reviews. The sales agent there gave us a lousy offer, so my husband called Miller Motors since he knew about their promotion with a Porsche Macan trade in. Amazingly, Antonella delivered the exact model we wanted to our doorstep at a fair price and that was on the day after we first made contact. I was not looking forward to buying a new car especially from a dealer out of state, but Antonella totally change my perception! She was very professional and handled the transaction seamlessly.

So this was my first super car so naturally it was pretty intimidating and I was full of questions. I saw a McLaren spec on the website and I inquired about it. The service I got from inquiry to execution was unbelievable. I remember last year I inquired about a car at the Ramsey Nj location and I was completely ignored. Well let me tell you that Anthony was an amazing salesman, he answered every question and got me the deal I wanted. I’m from NJ so I wasn’t sure how that process would be since I’ve never purchased out of state but it was super simple. Anthony made sure the car was delivered in an enclosed flatbed and even made the 80mile trip out to go over everything. I’m so happy I went with Anthony and Miller motor cars. They’ve earned a customer for life and I’m excited to drive this amazing machine. Thanks again Anthony for making this dream a reality.

A first class third rate outfit. A Greenwich resident for 30 years, my wife called to request a test drive of a used car. To her utter amazement, the salesperson demanded if she had seen the prices of their vehicles online, and insisted that “we talk numbers first”! These people can keep the fools they already have as clients, but won’t ever sell a car to us…or anyone we’ll ever talk to. Jerks.

As a teacher and a single mom, I am not in the market for any of the cars that are sold here....but my son is obsessed with high end sports cars. We traveled to Greenwich to hopefully give him the chance to see Paganis, Ferraris and McClarens up close and personal. I had warned him ahead of time that we might not be able to enter the showrooms because we are non-buyers. Well, every single show room that we went to was accommodating and friendly and kind. They encouraged my son's questions and allowed us to look around without making us feel unwanted. Zero snobbery and incredible levels of professionalism. Thank you for making my son's day!

I have been going down to Miller Motorcars for about a year now, and they always have the greatest cars! The staff aren’t always the nicest, but a lot of them are so kind and helpful! I always love coming up to Greenwich to take pictures of these cars, so I really love having Millers dealerships to hop around to! And even though it’s a almost 4 hour drive up, it’s ALWAYS worth it!This week I wanted to set up an appointment with Bugatti, to take some pictures, and so I called, and they sent me to the Bugatti division, and so I told Allison that I saw a Bugatti Chiron inside, and I wanted to see about making an appointment to take some pictures, and on the phone I was a bit nervous to see if I was going to get someone who was happy to help, or someone who wasn’t so kind, but Allison helped out a TON! She helped set up the appointment, and she was super patient and helpful! She didn’t mind me calling back a couple days later to finish setting up, and today she met up out front of Bugatti, and let me take some pictures, and was telling me and my Mom about some upcoming car shows that Miller will be attending, and was super kind!I also went to some other dealerships, one being Ferrari, and I asked about sitting in the Ferrari F40 for a picture, but he said no and apologized, and was super nice! He also brought me into the service garage to see what cars they had down there and gave me some posters “in return” and was super kind! Thank you to the amazing staff at Miller Motorcars!

I had issues with a car i purchased, and I was really stressing out. Needless to say this is no fault to this company. Bailey came to the rescue. working with him was super easy most importantly, he was extremely understanding, and did his best to try to help me. I truly want to thank you and Justin from the bottom of my heart for being super diligent and efficient in this whole process. Thank you so much and I will be back in another year or so to purchase another car.

I walked into Miller Motorcars and was looking for a Maserati to purchase for my Dad’s upcoming birthday. A sales representative by the name of Antonella came up to me and immediately directed me to the Maserati/Alfa showroom after she asked me what I was looking to buy and wonderfully showed me around, making my experience that much better. She recommended me a few vehicles that were within my price range and even though I was not sure as to which one to purchase, she left me her business card and if I had any further questions, to not hesitate to ask her. She was a great help and I look forward on coming back.
