Once you buy and your waiting for delivery date can’t get through to them and they don’t ever return calls or emails. Never will buy from them again. Horrible customer service

We bought a sectional here several years ago. All was fine until very clearly something structural was wrong/broken. I paid to have someone come look at it, who left while the babysitter was here saying there was nothing wrong. There very visibly is something wrong as as entire section of the couch sags. I have been trying to get someone back out to actually do a real assessment of the problem and am on at least the 14th back and forth email. There seems to be very little interest in solving the problem or being helpful. My takeaway is that quality (or product and service) is not important to this company.

Bought 2 couchs with a lifetime warranty [These were not an inexpensive couchs] One has held up well, but the other, which was the most expensive seat area under the cushion has failed. Deep hollow in it. If you take a level on the area without the cushion on it you can see it has sagged. One of your reps came out and said I needed a new cushion and left. This is NOT the case.The problem is Under the cushion.Another rep was supposed to come out again. Many appoinments have been made and then canceled by you.I tought you were said to make a good product..guess I was wrong.Store where this sofa is embarrassed by the lack of service from your company.My old sofa was well used as it was 20+ years old and inexpensive..Looked better than this one

Bought lamp at Greenwich location. Shade arrived 4 weeks after but no lamp. Went to the store and was told it's on its way ... and it has been 5 weeks since purchase Still no lamp.. pretty poor service. Will not be buying there any soon

I would give them a 0 if I could. We received a piece of glass garbage this store charges $250 as a gift. They won't do anything on return. DON'T BUY GIFTS HERE!

Awesome furniture!However, it has very expensive showrooms...If you can, you should try their outlet in North Carolina... Often times can get the same stuff for less than half the price... They have a FB page.

My designer recommended the sleeper sofas from MG + BW as the most comfortable and good value in the market, so she helped me buy a $9,200 Alexa sectional / sofabed combination upholstered in a MG + BW Grade 10 fabric (Milan - Flint #102721) for our rec room in 2013 from the Greenwich Store. We called them a couple of years later as the fabric had started to discolor, leaving pink bleached looking blotches on the areas where people sit. The cause was a defective fabric with an invisible red thread in the foundation weave that bled through the pile thread when subjected to the friction of people sitting on it. MG + BW decided to not stand behind their product as we were past the normal warranty time. For 2 years now, I have had a pink blotchy sofa, and as they have failed to respond, I am finally reupholstering it at my own expense - more than $5,000. My designer, formerly a big client, closed her account with MG + BW. I have several properties and have since bought 3-4 sofas from other companies and never had a problem like this. MG + BW lost a big client by not agreeing to reupholster the sofa. Update: After posting my reviews and contacting several people at the store and the warranty / customer service department in May 2017, the company has agreed to pay for the fabric and half my cost of reupholstering the piece. I am glad they came to their senses and met me half way. I have upgraded my review as a result.
