Went for help ordering a battery for an Apple laptop because once they had been very helpful to us installing a sim card in a phone. A young employee took our deposit for the battery. After several reminders to them, a month passed; no battery. Finally we asked for a refund of our deposit. They did provide the refund with GREAT reluctance. Disappointing experience.
