Never waste your money here. Got charged 200 plus dollars for massage gel manicure and regular pedicure. Regular pedicure is smudged. Gel manicure has chipped badly twice since I got it late friday afternoon then when they claim to fix it they'll only let you keep your hands under the lamp for a third of the cycle and make you put both hands in at the same time

I felt duped, deceived, and incredibly disappointed after going to Muse for the first time. I asked for a powder dip manicure and the technician told me I should do gel since it would last longer. I agreed thinking it would be a similar price / process to what I was used to. Two and a half hours later, the technician misled me and ended up doing plexigel on my nails and charged me $120! I am not joking. The gel was poorly shaped to my nails and left big gaps on the underside of my nails - I ended up getting it removed the next day. Such a waste of money.

i have been going to Muse Spa for several years and i really like it. it is very clean, and they always have soft music that is relaxing. The attendants are all very experienced and do a good job. My nails have improved since i started coming here, and i look forward to going there every week. Rosita F.

This place is absolutely awful! I do not recommend going here. They scammed me into a getting a massage, saying that it was part of the package, only to find out it was an additional $25 dollars for a chair massage. They are severally over priced. I have never paid $60 before a gel dip. All in all, I would not recommend people to come here

The atmosphere, staff, nail services and massages are always on point here. It’s such an inviting and calming space, and whenever you call for an appointment they never keep you waiting. I have come for years and always leave happy. Today I got home and didn’t like how my gel manicure looked, the polish just looked too thick for my preference. I went back and just asked to remove the polish because I don’t like doing it myself. They were so nice about it and did the removal no problem, then to my surprise I was given a gift card to make up the manicure. I really wasn’t expecting it, but really appreciate it, and they have a customer forever.

Over priced & bad quality nails. Got my nails done and within 2 days the nail dip powder chipped off and my nail broke off. Nothing in their store is organic, so don't be fooled by "organic" nothing that comes in bulk from another country is purely organic. Take your chances if you want since there sooo many mixed reviews...

Good spot to get your nails done in Greenwich! My nails look great and the ambiance was also ideal. Notable mention to James who gave me one of the best shoulder massages ever.

Too expensive and the service is very bad, they want to do everything quickly and do not pay attention to the quality of service for the customer. I paid $100 for a pedicure and manicure for my two daughters and I am too dissatisfied.

It was my first and last time coming to this salon. I have always done my nails elsewhere but I moved to the area and so I thought I’d try this place. I had beautiful real nails with powder. So I had them redo them and within a a few days it chipped and all my real nails broke off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I only leave real accurate reviews, take your business elsewhere.

Wow… I came here and my pedicure was so rushed and they immediately tried to charge me for $70-100 price options when I had asked for a regular pedicure.My feet were soaked in cold water half the time as there was issues with the temperature and the drain.I was speaking to my girlfriend about if she was doing clear coat or color just out of curiosity as I was wondering why she was there for a while and the woman looked at me in a very rude manner and said just give her 10 minutes.Will not be back, that’s for sure.
