We are an ALL-Mac environment and Xerox was mostly miss at installation, upgrade and service because they sent some "PC guy".3-4 years ago I met Gino Marmorato from CDS-YES. He listened to my complaints and promised me that by doing business with CDS they would give great service. And guess what? CDS delivered!So when Gino called a few weeks ago I was happy to speak with him. When he told me that our machine's contract was coming to an end I was glad to hear his recommendations. I immediately agreed. Their delivery and installation team made a prompt appointment.I made a special request for a technician, Dimitri who had visited personally. They delivered and installed on time as promised. An hour or so later Dimitri arrived with a smile. The best part is that he is not only knowledgable, he takes care of all the important details. So he named the printing options with consistent descriptions that any employee, working on any computer can use!It will lower our costs as the guess work of b/w vs color, the type of paper, # of sides and staple functions are all specified.If you want top notch service, reach out to Gino. “Exceptional. A few months ago I made a purchase on Ebay. The seller (and/or the Ebay system) assigned my shipment to Mexico with this company.
The service was great, they were able to send an anime-type figure to the destination country, which is a great achievement since a filthy regulatory agency in Mexico (COFEPRIS) has the habit of retaining this type of goods, but Pitney Bowes managed to stop COFEPRIS from stopped the package and that I could finally receive it in excellent conditions in a timely manner.
I will always be very grateful to the Pitney Bowes team, they do not deserve the horrible reputation they have.”
