“Furniture from ROOM is worth every penny! I particularly like the 73V as it takes the rigid, intense material of glass and makes it appear airy, soft, and pliable. Will be returning shortly.”

“They serviced my Herman Miller Aeron Remastered chair under warranty for free including parts and labor. It didn't cross my mind that they also come to your house or office to do the service which is pretty awesome. Thank you Vinny for coordinating my service!”

“Exceptional. A few months ago I made a purchase on Ebay. The seller (and/or the Ebay system) assigned my shipment to Mexico with this company. The service was great, they were able to send an anime-type figure to the destination country, which is a great achievement since a filthy regulatory agency in Mexico (COFEPRIS) has the habit of retaining this type of goods, but Pitney Bowes managed to stop COFEPRIS from stopped the package and that I could finally receive it in excellent conditions in a timely manner. I will always be very grateful to the Pitney Bowes team, they do not deserve the horrible reputation they have.”
