We are an ALL-Mac environment and Xerox was mostly miss at installation, upgrade and service because they sent some "PC guy".3-4 years ago I met Gino Marmorato from CDS-YES. He listened to my complaints and promised me that by doing business with CDS they would give great service. And guess what? CDS delivered!So when Gino called a few weeks ago I was happy to speak with him. When he told me that our machine's contract was coming to an end I was glad to hear his recommendations. I immediately agreed. Their delivery and installation team made a prompt appointment.I made a special request for a technician, Dimitri who had visited personally. They delivered and installed on time as promised. An hour or so later Dimitri arrived with a smile. The best part is that he is not only knowledgable, he takes care of all the important details.
