“The Cos Cob post office has the best postmaster, Frank. He goes above and beyond and I am always confident in mailing important packages since they arrive at their destination on time, unlike every other post office.”
“Best post office in the area. I don’t think I’ve ever had the opportunity to use “best” and “ post office” in a sentence, but I only go to this location. Safe, bright, warm, professional, genuinely friendly and happy place. Very quick service every single time.”
“USPS is the best here. I interact with them extensively and this is my favorite location. I would strongly recommend anyone who is interacting with the USPS to figure out self-shipping tools and how to print your own labels from home. That has made my USPS experience much better.”

“Staff I saw and dealt with today were all super nice and the young man behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. Quick and easy process of signing up for a new services. The young man answered all of my questions nicely and I love their 24 hr. access options which are hard to find in other locations. Good experience and I recommend.”
