“We have used Noah’s Arc for several moves. One of our main concerns was that our Steinway grand be appropriately and safely transported. An additional concern with or recent move was that we were downsizing and I had very specific placement of furniture .. I was able to successfully coordinate with the crew despite needing to make changes with placement of where things would go.They made this last most stressful move less so and with humor.Noah’s Arc is definitely a moving company I recommend,Sandy Lefkowitz”

“Westy’s in Port Chester on the main st has been absolutely fantastic in every way. The facility is very convenient. Always immaculately clean… the storage units (and I have had a few) as well as the common spaces (elevators, customer service area, parking lot and bathrooms). Dale and Bona are SO SO SO kind and helpful. They explain everything clearly… they are always in a good mood…. They genuinely want their customers to have a great experience. I rented the Westy’s van a few times to move my things out of storage to my new home … Dale had moved the moving blankets, straps & hand truck into the van before 9am since I had told him I would be there first thing in the morning. He even started the van just before 9am to ensure it was warm in the cab for me (since it was during the winter). He regularly offered me bottles of water as I was moving my boxes to the van. Bona remembered me by name when I came back 3 months later to rent another unit. All around an EXCELLENT experience & customer service. They are also located right across from the police station so if anyone is concerned about safety (personal or of their storage unit), it could not be located it in safer place!!!”

“Jesus the guy at the front desk that helped me the day I checked in was wonderful kind uobeat and knew every answer to whatever questions I asked BUT, Unfortunately...the following day I spoke to a girl named Jay letting her know I was referring her to a boutique retail owner that wanted to switch from Westy's to CubeSmart and because of her poor customer service skills, lost a very good potential customer. I love this CubeSmart, but after speaking with Jay, I knew CubeSmart wouldn't land the huge sale with the couple I referred them too. She sounded lethargic and LAZY, TIRED "OF HER JOB TYPE" and the people that I referred said the same thing and it was a huge turn off to them. I told them I was sorry they had that experience and knew that they would of switched if Jesus was working..."Jay" needs to be "retrained" or let go.”

“Wow! These men move FAST!! I was quoted an arrival time of between 8-9am. They showed up right before 8:30 and loaded everything from my 3 bedroom (WITH basement) house. They took time to wrap and cover furniture and my belongings were fully loaded less than two hours later! It was incredible! Mario was great at communicating what I should expect prior to their arrival and how I could best prepare for a seamless move. He also called to follow-up after the move to ensure everything went smoothly. I had friends waiting with me at the new home. They, too, we're so impressed by EZ moving that they were getting quotes on THEIR upcoming moves!”
