I absolutely recommend this shop. Mark is super knowledgeable and was able to heat mold my new skates to a T. At first I had issues with one of my feet/boot, but Mark and Ann Marie (sorry if I misspelled!) were very kind and patient, did not rush us at all. Prices were really good too.

Absolute the best customer service. I was in a dilemma and they went out of their way to help me. I will take the public transportation to get to them next time I'm around now that I'm more familiar and know they have my back.
