Cathy’s class was soooo goood! And so challenging but she is very uplifting and positive, will be back. SLT is definitely one of the most challenging workouts i’ve ever done

Did an SLT class today in Greenwich. Haven't done it in a year or so. Please please stop indicating " all levels " on your classes. The woman next to me was an expert and blowing through the routine. This was ridiculously hard so much that I had to walk out after 20 minutes. And I am in great shape! I almost wiped out 3 different times and the instructor was not helpful with springs or corrections. She was kind enough to walk over as I was leaving ( for the record I have never ever walked out of any class before) but she didn't know how to work with varying levels. This could be very dangerous as well. I have heard from friends that they tried it and never went back because of this. Please SLT Take this advice and make levels. The one off Intro class is not going to help. This gym should help " all strength levels " not just the super fit.

SLT is one of my favorite workouts. Doesn't matter how many times you've been, each class is challenging, I always leave feeling great, and muscles I didn't realize I had are sore. The instructors are great at offering hands-on tips, modifications, and form adjustment where needed, and encourage you to give it your all the entire class.

Amazing workouts. My body has made significant changes since starting SLT. I’ve tried many different types of work outs and this has by far been the most efficient and effective. Also, I have tried other lagree fitness studios in the area and this one definitely exceeds. I feel physically stronger and leaner. Great instructors, and the best part is it’s only a 50 minute workout and you work hard the entire time. Highly recommend.

I am only on my 4th SLT class but already have noticed changes in my body and my strength and endurance. These classes are intense but so much fun. I get up at 5am excited to have my butt kicked. So far every instructor I’ve had has been awesome and very helpful as well as kind. Wynn is terrific and really knows how to kick your butt and make you smile at the same time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new and exciting workout routine that’s going to deliver reSuLTs.
