At Staples yesterday I encountered a salesgirl that reminded me of what customer service used to be. She was efficient and knowledgeable but more importantly she was kind. She went to get a shopping cart for the woman in front of me because she had bought a case of water! I haven’t seen that consideration in a very long time.

The staff at staples in Riverside Ct. Is amazing. They assist with not only helping, but explaining the products and services available. The staff is always helpful and kind. I am there often and the staff has always been attentive. You are fortunate to have such a great team!

I recently had a really positive experience at Staples that left me both impressed and confident in my purchase. I walked into the store needing printer ink but wasn’t sure which type was best for my printer model. Luckily, one of the staff members noticed my hesitation and immediately offered assistance.
The employee was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask questions about my printer and my printing habits, and then explained the differences between various ink options. He went over details like print quality, cost per page, and the durability of different brands. His clear, friendly advice made it easy to understand my options, and I ultimately chose a product that perfectly met my needs.
Beyond the ink assistance, the overall shopping experience was great. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, with plenty of clear signage to help locate items quickly. Even the checkout process was smooth, reinforcing the sense of efficiency and care that Staples provides.
Overall, I left Staples feeling valued as a customer and confident in my purchase. It’s reassuring to know that when you’re unsure about a product, there’s always someone ready to help. I highly recommend Staples for their excellent customer service and comprehensive product range.

I highly recommend the Tech Service department at The Staples Store located in Riverside. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient no matter how many times you go back
and believe me I went back many times with questions and issues.

I always go to Staples to order my check and I was nearby so I figured I stopped at this one to order them and they had three employees at the print station and each one of them was absolutely clueless. They didn't even know that was an option. I was going to call the Port chester Staples so they can explain to them how to do it, but they didn't seem too interested in learning how to do their own job...... To be honest, I don't think I'll come here again I recommend taking the extra 10 minutes and going to Port chester for services

Came here to print out some last minute items this evening. The gentleman in the printing area and his colleague in the front were extremely helpful. I've been to a lot of staples and this is officially my go to.

It wad very subpar. The staff in the printing department seemed almost annoyed that I wanted things from them. I used the self checkout printer and put my USB stick in at the very end and it didn't work and I asked the woman about it and she's like oh yeah that one doesn't work. They wanted $45 to print 65 color pages. Just to find a looseleaf binder at a reasonable price took way too long. And then check out was not up to par, as there is nobody at the checkout waiting for me. After a couple minutes, the guy ran over there to do it. In one word, "disappointing". .
