I always go to Staples to order my check and I was nearby so I figured I stopped at this one to order them and they had three employees at the print station and each one of them was absolutely clueless. They didn't even know that was an option. I was going to call the Port chester Staples so they can explain to them how to do it, but they didn't seem too interested in learning how to do their own job...... To be honest, I don't think I'll come here again I recommend taking the extra 10 minutes and going to Port chester for services

Came here to print out some last minute items this evening. The gentleman in the printing area and his colleague in the front were extremely helpful. I've been to a lot of staples and this is officially my go to.

It wad very subpar. The staff in the printing department seemed almost annoyed that I wanted things from them. I used the self checkout printer and put my USB stick in at the very end and it didn't work and I asked the woman about it and she's like oh yeah that one doesn't work. They wanted $45 to print 65 color pages. Just to find a looseleaf binder at a reasonable price took way too long. And then check out was not up to par, as there is nobody at the checkout waiting for me. After a couple minutes, the guy ran over there to do it. In one word, "disappointing". .

If I could give this a 6th of a star or less, I would.Do not get your signs printed here!! They are rude, defensive, disrespectful, and do not hold themselves to a high standard. The work they do is important and requires care and tact, the print people I worked with here do NOT have these qualities.Do not waste your time and energy here. I urge you to go to the Staples on Summer Street instead. They did an amazing job! They were supportive and super helpful.

I had the best customer service experience I've had in years. Thank you Kevon! Kevon was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and eager to assist. His positive attitude was contagious. I had a fabulous experience at Staples Riverside because of Kevon.

This store looks and feels as if they are going out of business.It's messy and very poorly stocked. I didn't find the ink I was looking for and finding an employee is also challenging.Hope things improve or they will be forced to close their doors. Sad because they could be very prosperous, perhaps poor management.

100% would recommend this store to everyone! I came into the store an hour before closing and employee Dash was incredibly helpful and resourceful in providing me with all the information I needed on buying a printer and ink. He was very patient and detailed in answering all my questions. The cashier Natalie who then checked me out was absolutely incredibly sweet and helped me with buying a warranty for the printer. Overall had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning for ALL office/school supply needs!!!

I just had a really great experience at the Staples location in Riverside, CT!! I came in for a print job and Jeanette took her time helping me, while helping other customers, until it was complete. I'm very appreciative of her kind help!

Caitlin in printing was amazing. She answered the phones promptly and ended up saving me $349.38 in costs. I couldn't thank her enough. Extremely professional. Best Staples experience - two thumbs up:)

Bought 3 laptops for my business, one happened to be a demo, or floor model. The cashier explained that I needed to do a factory reset to get the demo software off it, no problem. Once I got back to the office and attempted a factory reset, I found out that it was password protected, and couldn't be reset. I called and while they didn't know what the password was, I was told that they could reset it if I brought it back in. The next morning I brought it back in to be informed that the tech guy wouldn't be in until noon. I left and came back again after noon.I spoke with the assistant manager, to whom I handed my receipt and explained the issue. He informed me that it would be $100 to do a factory reset. I was stunned. Assuming there was a miscommunication, I reiterated that I had purchased this laptop yesterday, and the reason I could not use it was that Staples demo software was on it which needed to be removed. He again said that a factory reset would be $100, or I could purchase a yearly warranty for $99 under which I would get a factory reset for free. If I didn't want to pay him to fix the laptop I bought yesterday, I could return it.I left and gave it to my IT to see if they could fix the issue before I opted to return it, which worked fine. Absolutely galling customer service from the assistant manager.

GREAT SERVICE: I went in looking for DELL laptop charger and Bill the General Manager was extremely helpful. Instead of just selling me one he looked at my old one, which had a small pin bent inside the plug, and was able to fix. He did not charge me and saved me $$$ on purchasing a new one. He was very kind & helpful the entire time! I would highly recommend this store!
