His company works with a large network of banks, that have competitive mortgage rates and he made the entire underwriting and process of working with a bank painless. I can not say enough positive things about Jennifer and her company. Strategy Mortgage made everything smooth and was thorough with everything I needed to get my loan. All my needs were met with the utmost professionalism. It was a very stress-free experience. We were cleared to close in 17 days which I think is record time. I highly recommend Strategy Mortgage for any of your mortgage needs. I must add I was looking for a house for about 3 years and they stayed with me the whole time, true dedication.

I am writing this review as I feel strongly compelled to make sure the word gets out to any one that is in need of a mortgage. The bottom line is that Bill got me a fantastic rate, well below what is currently available! This came as a direct result of his intervention and attention to detail. Aside from an outcome the I was very pleased with, Bill was very patient in educating me on what was happening each step of the way and the best way for me to position myself with this major economic decision. He kept us on track for our target dates and advocated on our behalf when needed. You have a customer for life!!

Jennifer Krasnor was an overwhelmingly helpful person to have in this process of my husband and me purchasing our first home. Bill was fantastic!! I wouldn’t buy a home without him. From day one he was knowledgeable, efficient, organized and fast. We had a tight timeline with buying and approval and Bill and his team truly rose to the occasion. They offered first class service, communicated every step of the way (which was helpful being first time home buyers) and the rates he got us saved us a lot of money! Would highly recommend using Bill and plan to call him for our second home.
