“Nicest people in the world! My Honda Accord started acting very weird on the Parkway. Rapid search for closest garage. Managed to limp into Round Hill. John and his fellow master mechanics spent a good amount of time troubleshooting and found a "very unusual" blown fuse, which they replaced and then road tested. All seemed fine and they sent us on our way... and way more than fair.”

I had a nail in the tire and Steven got me in right away (usually takes an average of an hour because they are so busy— as they should be, it’s a great place).
The staff is super friendly and I am grateful for Rob taking care of the tire so quickly!

“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”
“While grabbing my son from camp I noticed a chunk of my tire missing. It was a bit after 4 and I remember passing Mavis regularly on my way into work. I drove over a bit after 4:00 without an appointment and figured worst case I would need to go back the next day. One look at my tire and it was deemed unsafe (figured that) and I was told they would replace it. I felt terrible for these guys it was HOT and they weren't able to get to my car till around 6:00 (closing time). My only issue was I was told the new tire had to be moved to the back and was given an explanation making it sound like a safety issue. When I returned home I noticed the new tire was in the front replacing the damaged tire. I called my mechanic in the morning and he said it's fine since the car is an AWD. I am greatful they took my car as I watched them tell others they had to schedule an appointment. I was also greatful when the gentleman at the counter heard my son complain about reception and help him out with wifi. I would 100% go back.”

“These guys were done with 4 tire replacements in 30 minutes (usually it's 2+ hours at the national shops). Very fairly priced (half the cost of town fair for installation) and it doesnt hurt that they were actually pleasant, which is not the norm at any tire shop. 10/10 would recommend.”
“Drove down to White Plains, from Upstate NY - 4 hours and discovered the front end of my car was very low. Family member's neighbor suggested I have No. Broadway Auto look at my car. Called & Chris said to bring it right down. Based on mu Audi 2014 A6 TDI was outside their scope, they suggested I locate an Audi dealership. Not only that they helped me locate the closet one to bring my car. My major issues was springs front end from POT HOLES on the way down. I would highly recommend this location for any service issue. “Went to Empire Mazda again for another lease because my lease was ending. I wanted to upgrade and get something newer with more features. I knew I would pay more but i just wanted a fair price. Eric the Sales Manager greeted me at the front desk. He asked me all the questions about what my needs and wants and directed me to the car that best fit what I wanted. He then selected his Salesperson Mike Smith to help me. He brought about a a New CX-50 and went over everything from front to back. We ended up working out a great deal. Jay in Finance was quick and smooth with going overall my options and made me feel very un pressured. At the end Eric came back to make sure I was happy and thanked me. I highly recommend Empire Mazda. They went above and beyond.”
